I am going to say that I love when I see a company I like have success – this is the case with Bobo’s Oat Bars.
Recently Bobo’s underwent a change when they added New Flavors, A New Look And A New Name. Instead of being known as Bobo’s Oat Bars they are now known as Bobo’s and have added Chocolate Chip, Coconut Almond Chocolate Chip, Almond Butter, Banana Chocolate Chip, and the seasonal Gingerbread flavors.
Simple Mills: Chocolate and Vanilla Frosting Review and Giveaway
As I have gotten older I have realized that there are few things that I can make better than I can buy. One of these items is baked goods – almost everything I make tastes better than what I can otherwise purchase.
Upon this revelation I immediately went to the store and I began stocking up on baked goods. I purchased flour, sugar, baking powder and extracts of every flavor. I excitedly came home and decided to make brownies. I was under the belief that just simple plain brownies would suffice, but I was quickly informed that frosted brownies are better.
I have mentioned in the past that one of my favorite things as a blogger is when I company that I have worked with in the past, increases and expands their product offerings. Since I suddenly found myself in a frosting-less situation I inquired to Simple Mills so that I could sample their new frosting’s and when I reached out they were generous enough to send me a their newest sweet offering.
Crunchies Freeze Dried Fruit Review and Giveaway!!!!
Since I am a review blogger and thus a small business owner, time is precious and ease is preferred over almost any other option.
One of the healthiest and simplest snacks that I have discovered is freeze-dried fruit. The thing that makes these healthy is that this is a single-ingredient snack. Since it is only fruit they are non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free and kosher. As an added plus they have no added sugar or artificial flavoring.
When I received the Crunchies Freeze Dried Fruit Assortment for review, I was looking forward to sample some fruits that I had not tried freeze-dried before.
Goodie Girl: Vanilla and Cocoa Slims Review + Giveaway!!!!
It is no secret that I am a fan of Goodie Girl Cookies and we share them with our friends and loved ones as often as we can.
Recently my mother in law was mentioning that she loves the yearly mint cookies, but is sad she has to wait once a year to indulge in her favorite cookie. I have kept this in mind and on one of my mass Goodie Girl cookie purchases I bought her a box of Mint Slims.
I was eager to hear her opinion of these gluten-free cookies, and had to contain my excitement when she was taking her first bite. After she had a couple, she looked at me and declared that she likes these more than her previous once a year favorites. About a week later I heard that the box was no longer, and its contents empty.
I loved this moment and it reminded me of why I began the blog in the first place – to share products with people that they otherwise may not have known about. Recently Goodie Girl released a 8-pack package of Mint Slims, as well as Vanilla Slims and Cocoa Slims.
Taffy Town: Custom Pack Gift Box Giveaway – Summer 2016!
Of all things that I have discovered I love from having this blog it is taffy. The flavor combination seem endless and the chew is like nothing else available.
Taffy is a combination of sugar, corn syrup, cornstarch, water, butter, salt, food coloring and flavorings. Also, by using a whipping process and 24 hour-long batch conditioning process has driven and pulled the taffy for the past 100 plus years.

I am not the same chef I once was, and that is a good thing.When Jason and I began our cooking adventure together, I could do little more than fry a simple chicken. As I learn more about cooking the more I realize it is a combination of the right seasoning and the right application of heat.
