The practice of yoga requires few supplies, in addition to an open mind, and one of those things is a soft base to practice on, while feeling safe.

One of the best things to use is a high quality, color soothing yoga mat. When I received the Yoga Mat from YogDev, it matched every quality I was looking for, as well as a couple I was not.

I received a YogDev Yoga Mat in light purple and a bold purple to review.

The yoga mat that YogDev produces and sells is 6mm thick, and features a bright while soothing purple in a bright and light shade.

Each TPE mat features a anti-slip that will keep the mat secure on the ground while remaining easy to clean. The mat also features a moisture wicking ability but a quick spray down will clean the mat.. The mat measures just over 6 ft which gives plenty of room to pose and stretch.

I loved the colors, and the purple is a bright shade and the light on the opposite sides provides a little bit of color interest. This mat is also available in pink, with a bright and light side as well.

This Yoga Mat is the perfect addition to any yogi’s collection of products. This mat is so comfortable and visually interesting your fellow yogi’s will be asking where you got yours!

I’d much rather have a mat. I don’t have much padding so my bones need a little more cushioning if I’m on the ground. 🙂

I like the towel mats but I find the regular mats are easier to clean.

I really love using mats vs a towel because it’s so much easier to wipe a mat down. Not only that but it’s usually grippier and slip resistant which helps me keep proper form. This is definitely a cool mat to win for sure!
