Stress Relieving Cats: Celebration Edition Adult Coloring Book Review + Giveaway
There is no secret, I love cats. I love that each feline you meet has a different personality and a different temperament.
The best example of this is the differences between Maggee and Murfee. When new people enter the house, Maggee wants to meet the human entering her environment. Murfee on the other hand generally holds back, makes sure the person is approved by us and then proceeds to say hello. What makes me curious is that these are two animals that have grown up in the same environment and have been exposed to the same experiences.
Much like humans these balls of fur are shaped by the decisions, experiences and knowledge they have. When I received the Stress Relieving Cats Adult Coloring Book’s Celebration Edition by Blue Star Premier I knew that this would be the perfect coloring book to show all of my cats personality traits!

Stress Relieving Cats: Adult Coloring Book’s Celebration Edition by Blue Star Premier contains over 30 designs that are full of details that any cat lover will appreciate. The variety of breeds, poses and styles gives you the perfect relaxation inspiration.
This book from the Celebration Edition is bound like a traditional book, and has perforated pages for easy removal. The paper is heavyweight and artist-grade that is thick and allows for experimentation with different coloring media.
If you want the book to lie flat you can open the book and press down on the interior spine, which will then create a crease that will let the book be flat. Otherwise the book will not stay open on its own and you will have to either weigh the opposite down while coloring.
As stated above the paper used in this book is a bit thicker than other “Celebration Editions” Blue Star coloring books. Despite this I would still recommend placing a piece of paper under the page to be colored to avoid bleeding through to other pages. This also will assist in the prevention of creating impressions on the following pages.
It probably goes without saying that I loved this book and all the different options to color. I used colored pencils on many of the pages, and the result was a clean image in a coloring book that I am proud to display.
