I try to eat correctly. I do try to juice several times a week. I exercise.

I gave up drinking soda pop and eating artificial sweeteners.
I gave up diet pop, which was hard for me since I’m a type 1 diabetic; but I found it was one of my triggers of my migraines. I still have chronic daily headaches; but I notice I don’t wake up in a brain fog like I use to, so that was a big significant change that I did this past summer. Now, I just drink water.
Walking, Walking, and eating right
I try to take care of my health by drinking more water than soda and walking.
