Luseta Beauty: Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo + Conditioner Review & Giveaway
As far as hair goes, I have gotten fairly lucky over the years, my hair seems to be the perfect combination of soft, curly and a wonderful natural color. Despite this streak of good luck, I still want to take the best care of my hair and give it what it needs to keep it at the level I have become accustom. This includes always trying new shampoo and conditioner combinations.
When I saw this on the Luseta Beauty website I was immediately interested in giving it a try since I had never heard of awapuhi, but ginger I had heard of. So when I was given the opportunity to review Luseta Beauty’s – Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo and Conditioner, I was intrigued to say the least.
The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Luseta Beauty. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
I was sent a bottle of Luseta Beauty’s – Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo and Awapuhi Ginger Conditioner for review.
As it turns out Awapuhi Ginger is a type of bitter ginger. Basically this is shampoo and conditioner combination that’s ingredients helps prevent moisture loss and can help improve hair texture.
Overall in the hair category I have been very lucky in that my hair is never to dry, which I have discovered is really a rarity in hair that used to be as processed as my hair.
When I gave this Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo and Awapuhi Ginger Conditioner a try I was eager to see the results. I used the minimum amount since my hair is shorter than it used it be. The suds in the shampoo was just what I expected and smelled of ginger. The conditioner went on easy and washed off easy without any residue.
As I normally do, I let my hair air dry and I immediately began to notice the benefit of this shampoo and conditioner combo. The drier my hair got, the more I noticed a softness that has been a bit on the dull side without me being aware. I was easily able to brush throughout my hair and once my hair was dry there was a healthy natural curl and bounce that has been missing most winter days.
In the end, I am thrilled that I opened my mind to a previously unknown Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo and Awapuhi Ginger Conditioner. I have found a new combination to add to my hair care arsenal!
I can report that even a day later my hair feels good!! I encourage everyone to give this Awapuhi Ginger hair care duo!

I kind of switch back and forth depending on what mood I am in at the time.
All my life I wore may hair shaped above my ears. I do so for convenience because work, kids and life in general would be hectic and I had no time to spend on my hair so a short, easy style worked. A few years ago I became disabled and decided I would let my hair grow. Five years later it has grown and touches my hips. I love my long hair. I pull it back, put colored ties on it and it works for me! Wish I had done this years ago!
I’m always looking for a quality shampoo & Conditioner that makes my hair look nice.
I like long hair. I plan to have a long gray braid.
long in the winter and short in the summer
Shorter. it is easier to manage
I prefer shorter because it is easier to deal with.
I do cut my hair in the warmer months when my hair is too long.
Actually I like medium, shoulder hair best!
At my age I think shorter hair looks best. It’s also faster to style and care for.
My hair is long now but I would prefer short hair . I can’t get my nerve up to cut it. I think short hair would be so much easier to take care of.
I prefer my hair to be shoulder length. Because I think it looks better on me.
I don’t look good with short hair. My hair is all one length so I usually get is cut to my shoulders and when it grows out to long I get it cut, but I can go a long time without getting a hair cut.
I keep my hair long. my face is round and i look like a pumpkin with short hair lol
I like my hair shoulder length so easy to style and keep up too
At this stage of my life I prefer short hair. It is more becoming for me and easier to care for.
I like long hair because you can style it differently.
I like long hair so much, thanks. You have pretty hair!
When I was younger I wouldn’t dream of having short hair, now that I’m older I won’t let my hair grow past my shoulders. π It’s just much easier, it’s cool in the summer, it’s easy to wash and style. and no looking for ponytail holders which always seem to end up under the couch. π
thanks!
I prefer longer. Short hair is not a good look for me.
I have always had longer hair..but am really like the shorter cut I have now
I prefer long hair. And I love Awapuhi!
I love having long hair.
I am open. I have long hair now
I prefer when my hair is medium length. For my hair, there is such a thing as too long or too short π
Now I prefer shorter hair. I feel it is easier to take care of and my hair thinned out as I got older.
I prefer shorter hair now that I’m older. It’s getting pretty thin.
I prefer longer hair. But really, that is only so I can put it up in a ponytail.
I prefer long hair , I can put it in a bun or pony tail or braid it.
I prefer long hair as it is easier to take care of for me.
I prefer shorter hair. It’s easier to manage and style.
Depends on my mood – I like both short and long and usually fall somewhere in between. Currently my hair is a bit past my shoulders with long layers.
I prefer long hair because I’ve always worn my hair long.
I prefer long hair. I have only cut my hair short once and I didn’t like it.
I prefer long hair. I’ve actually had very long hair my entire life. Well since I was a wee little girl.
I love having long hair
I prefer mid-shoulder length hair. I like it long enough to put in a pony tail.
Long hair
I prefer longer hair because I feel it better fits my face shape
Contrary to popular belief, I personally find longer hair low-maintenance and easier to style.
When I was younger the boys were throwing pebbles at the street light and a bat swooped down and got tangled in my hair. I was so afraid to have long hair after that but finally in my mid 30’s I decided to try it again. I love it long. Gonna keep it that way for a while I think.
I prefer shorter hair, especially as someone ages.
Short or medium-length hair is appropriate for everyone. Ridiculously long and “luxuriant” hair on, like, Kate Beckinsale–no, not sexy, just kind of icky.
I prefer shorter hair just because it looks better with my face shape.

I like longer hair because I feel like I have more options with it!
I like to have long hair, but I really need a trim right now. It gets tangled really easily when the ends grow out.
I like long hair with big curls on the ends.
I prefer long hair because you can do more things with it like put it up or curl it. Many more options then with short hair.
shorter- easy to maintain
I like longish hair for me (just past my shoulders). I’ve never had it shorter than to my shoulders and I think I’d feel naked with shorter hair. I also like to sleep on my side and covering my exposed ear with my hair helps keep my ear warm.
I like long hair but because of my job,it’s impossible ware it long. I’m a metal grinder in a foundry. The only female grinder with about 40 men. The job is extremely dirty. It drys my hair out. Switching from my helmet to my hardhat all day leaves my hair in knots. In the summer I sweat a lot too. I am always looking for good shampoo and conditioner.
I prefer long hair because short hair doesn’t look good with the shape of my face.
Short hair, because for me it’s easier to take care of
long hair because it looks more feminine.
I like short-ish hair! It’s easier to handle.
I like longer hair because I can style it more.
I like short hair because it’s easier.
I like long hair.
I love long hair, makes me feel more secure.
I prefer having long hair because it keeps my head warm in the cold north. π
I like my short hair since I swim 3 times a week.
Thanks for the contest.

I like longer hair, just a little below my shoulders, because that seems to look best on me.
I prefer longer hair on me.
I prefer longer hair. I feel like I look like a male if short.
Short because it’s easier to manage..
I had very long hair for about 30 years of my life and finally discovered pixie cuts. Oh my gosh, The difference is amazing. I don’t like spending time on hair styles and this is perfect for me.
