When I was young I would get perms every 6 weeks. There was something that did not occur to me that I was damaging my hair, while staying on trend for the time. Schwarzkopf GLISS Ultimate Repair Express Repair Leave-In Conditioner – I personally have always loved leave-in conditioners. This leave-in contains 3X liquid Keratin to precisely repair damaged hair and replaces lost Keratin leaving hair restored and manageable.

Schwarzkopf GLISS Ultimate Repair Oil Nutritive Weightless Oil – I am usually apprehensive to putting any kind of oil in my hair, but thought I would give this a try. I was pleasantly surprised that my hair did not appear to be oily. I continued for a couple of days and I discovered my hair was more manageable.

Honestly, I don’t have a daily routine with my hair. I don’t wash it everyday – I go every other day, at least in the cooler months. On those days, about all I’ll do is brush it. Days where I do wash my hair, I have to use shampoo, conditioner, then normally a leave in conditioner or argan oil.

The only thing I do consistently with my hair every day is brushing it. Occasionally, I put oil in it but that’s not an everyday thing.
