Reviv3 Procare – 3 Part System Review and Giveaway
When I was a teenager I used to get perms. Alright, I am understating that fact a bit – I got them every 6 weeks. I also did not go for the typical curly perm, I went for the more complicated and more chemical filled spiral perms.
The thing is that I did not utilize the curl the perm provided, I went for the frizz that the brushed curls produced. There were to big problem’s with this – the first being that my hair looked like I stuck my finger in an electric socket, the second being this constant perming and brushing was causing me to lose my already thin hair.
Since my hair had sustained a fair amount of abuse over the years, I am on a constant search for the right products that will restore my hair to its pre-perm glory. When I received an email that the previously only salon available Reviv3 Procare was becoming widely available I knew I wanted to give it a try.
The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Reviv3. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
I received a 30 day supply of their Reviv3 Procare 3-Part System Advanced Formula that includes one each of the following: (1) 5.1 oz (150ML) each of Cleansing Shampoo and Moisture + Conditioner and (1) 2.5 oz (75ML) of Micro-Activ3 Treatment.
Since this is not an instant results shampoo, rather a 30 days results system. Reviv3 products are used to promote a healthy scalp environment and improve the appearance of thinning hair. With this combo it is easy to use each one and can be used each day or as often and indefinitely if you choose. Each of the products smell of mint and wash off clean without any residue and are good up to 12 months after opening. If you do not use it after opening within the 12 months never fear, the product will just be a little less effective.
Utilizing an easy to use system of use makes this even an easier set to use.
- Apply Cleanser Shampoo to wet hair. Lather for 1 minute, then rinse.
- After cleansing, distribute Moisture+Conditioner onto scalp and throughout the hair. Leave on 1-3 minutes, then rinse well.
- Use the Micro-Activ3 Treatment by spraying close to scalp skin and apply all over; use fingertips or comb to spread evenly and do not rinse (may cause temporary redness).
Since at any given time 15% of hair is in the shedding and replacing phase, thickness can become an issue and this 3-part system works to reverse that and add thickness. Each of these products not contain Minoxidil, or alcohol and can be used in conjunction with Propecia. Best of all there are no side effects of use!
Here are a couple of my recommendation when using these three items. The first is that a little goes a long way. I used about a quarter size spot and that was more than enough. Since a minute can be hard to gauge in a shower, I just counted. The recommended time to leave the conditioner in is 1-3 minutes, again I just counted. For the final treatment I used a comb to distribute the treatment throughout your hair.
By the end of the 30 days I did see a noticeable difference in the thickness of my hair. As I get older I am finding it disconcerting to lose hair, and it is comforting to be able to re-add what once is lost.

My hardest thing with my hair is when it gets frizzy
I have trouble keeping my hair from drying out and getting a million flyaways! I cut back on how often I was washing it, and that helped some, but I could still use some extra help!
Most difficult part about my hair is how oily it can get after only one wash. Finding that perfect shampoo or hair treatment is always so tough!
My biggest challenge is achieving fullness.
My biggest challenge is basically just overall hair health!
I have a very hard time keeping my hair from getting frizzy.
I would have to say that it’s finding a product that doesn’t make my scalp itch and flakier than usual. It’s seriously tough to find a product that doesn’t do that…
This looks AMAZING!!!
Thank you so much for the opportunity!
