Pet Treater Monthly Subscription Box Review – February 2017

Animals are amazing, and dogs are even more so. There are stories upon stories that depict dogs traveling great distances and great lengths to get to their humans. Nothing says true love and devotion like a dog (and sometimes a cat).

When I saw this months Pet Treater and the theme “All You Need is Love and A Dog”, this fact was no more evident in those many stories that I read. I think that is really all you need in life – love and a dog!

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Pet Treater/Jammin Butter. This post may contain affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.

Each month I am blown away by the quality and contents of the Pet Treater Box! Meadow has settled in nicely to the medium size dog so I am reviewing the medium dog box. The February 2017 box was a thoughtfully curated and themed box that maintained the theme of “All You Need is Love and A Dog”.

Here is a breakdown of the items that were in my/Meadow’s February Pet Treater box:

ASPCA Dog Pull Toy: I loved the colors in this pull toy and Meadow loved the toy from the moment her teeth touched it. I let her have this and she ran off to the couch and began chewing it, by the time I left a couple of hours later, there were strings missing and ripped off this toy – she is a destructive dog!

Dakota Treats Bully Sticks: Meadow has these sticks throughout her house and in the car – she loves these! I think dogs in general love to chew a really stick and these bully sticks fit the bill!

Dentley’s Nature Chews – Dried Lamb Lung Cubes: I love busting in the treats and treating this puppy! She seemed to like these lamb lung cubes, and when I gave them to her, I was unable to distinguish what I was giving her – a win for us both!

How Smart is Your Dog Book: This book is full of quizzes to find out how smart your dog is – I can answer this – she is smart with or without a quiz.

Carob Peanut Butter Crunch Cookie: These are Carob Peanut Butter Crunch cookies that are made with dogs in mind. My father gifts these to Meadow’s best puppy friend Noodles, and it is always appreciated!

Griggles Fox Plush: I wish I could say that Meadow did not steal this off the counter while we were not looking – but she did. We had gone into my fathers upstairs office, and all of a sudden in comes this fur ball with a new fur friend from the downstairs counter – What a sneak!

Treats for Human and Dog: Each month Pet Treater includes a present for the guardian of the animal. This month was a Furminator Pet Hair Roller, which is always helpful to have on hand and Adirondack Socks, which I have gotten in a past box from Jammin Butter and love them, so I am thrilled to have a second pair.

Also included was a cute bandana that said “Free Slobbery Kisses”, and that is exactly what I got from Meadow!

I have mentioned in the past, but this box NEVER disappoints Meadow sees me arrive and knows that she is about to be spoiled.

If you want a unique way to spend time with your furry best friend, then you will never go wrong with a Pet Treater Box!
