Hand Lettering 201 Review

Hand Lettering 201: Intermediate Lettering and Design Basics Review + Giveaway

As a crafter I love learning new techniques and having the ability to enact them into my daily crafting life. Handwriting is one of those things that I am always looking to expand upon and build my knowledge base.

I recently received a copy of Hand Lettering 201: Intermediate Lettering + Design Basics for review.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Blue Star Publishing. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.

We received a copy of Hand Lettering 201: Intermediate Lettering and Design Basics by ChalkFullOfLove for review.

This book is a step-by-step instruction in lettering and art. Throughout the book there are techniques that teach you all you need to know to create your own lettering masterpieces.

Each lettering has a guide and illustrations that help to understand the concepts, and the book is full of unique ideas that would be a great addition to any card, poster or art piece.

Since the book is spiral bound, if you want the book to lie flat you can open the book and press down and the spiral side then let the book be flat.

If you are looking for an easy guide to teach yourself chalk lettering, get yourself a copy of Hand Lettering 201: Intermediate Lettering and Design Basics by ChalkFullOfLove.

Yes! I love sending hand written letters and I love receiving them even more!

  2. Christy DuBois

I send noted via email and snail mail. I love getting a hand written note therefore I try to send notes to friends and family as often as I can. Hopefully they enjoy them as I do.

  3. Melissa Storms

I actually do both. I send thinking of you cards by snail mail and ‘Oh, forgot to tell you’ notes digitally.

  4. Michelle C

I usually send emails, but once in a while i will still send a message or card via postal mail.

  5. Wendy R.

I don’t really send personal emails much, but send cards and notes for birthdays and special occasions in the mail.

  6. AnnaZed

I do both, rafts of emails of course and sometimes pretty notes. I wrote a letter today. I have a fountain pen collection that I am very fond of.

I enjoy getting regular mail and there is something more personable about regular letters! I would much rather send regular mail!
