Earnest Eats Blueberry Chia Cup Giveaway
I don’t know about you but breakfast and I have a love hate relationship. I love the concept of breakfast much more than sitting and eating the breakfast.
When I was young my father would take my friends and I to breakfast each Saturday morning – we began to look forward to this ritual and became a tradition for sleep overs. I think that my friends would spend the night just for the Saturday morning breakfast.
Since I do not have the time I used to but still need a healthy breakfast to start my day I look for the most punch in a cup. About a year ago I discovered the Superfood known as Chia, and once combined with whole oats this becomes a healthy and energizing breakfast. In my exploration of chia, I came across Earnest Eats and their Chia Cups and now you can win some for your morning routine.
Superfood Blueberry Chia: This comes in either the 12.6 oz bags and as 2.35 oz cups. Included throughout the cup were chunks of blueberry. This tasted almost identical to a blueberry oatmeal, just better for you.
The bags and cups come in other flavors such as Mayan Blend– cocoa, cashews and pepitas, American Blend – cranberries, almonds and flax and Asia Blend which is made of mango, almonds and green tea.
