Spending 7 Days With The 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL AWC – A Review
I was provided an opportunity to test drive the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL through DriveShop for a week – no compensation was provided and all opinions are my own.

Some weeks are more exciting than others, and the week that I got the opportunity to test drive the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL, it was a normal week with little special events planned.
I decided that instead of a grand adventure far from home, I would have a grand adventure close to home. Since I live in a beach town, the opportunities for photos are vast and as big as the ocean.

Since I live in the original beach town of Leucadia that is where I started on my adventure.

As I looked at the outside profile of the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL, the 18 inch two-tone alloy wheels stood out. The Mitsubishi features all-season tires which means that even though I live in the land of sand of sun, this compact sport utility vehicle can handle any terrain.

The 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL was a bright white color that is refered to as “Diamond White Pearl” with a black interior and black roof rails. The leather seats accommodate 5 people comfortably, The back has 60/40 split seating which increases trunk room.

As I was going from beach to beach, I found I was using the backup camera (tourists are a real threat around here). The screen is a nice size at 5.1″, and made it easy to see wayward surfers, passing behind me.

The temperature can be anything from cold to warm when your dealing with the coastal wind. The controls in the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL are simple and keep the car cool. On especially cold days the driver and passenger seats can be heated to keep passengers warm.
The bluetooth setup is the only place that I found was challenging on the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL, as it took me a couple tries and a peruse through the owner’s manual to get working properly.

When I had done my circle of beaches, I noticed that I had used a bit of gas, but nothing noticeable. The listed gas mileage is a bit lower than other comparable compact sport utility vehicles (a listed 24 miles per gallon). With the included trunk space, it makes the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL an ideal car to take to the beach, mountains or just regular shopping trips.

After seven days I found myself sad that I was having to give up the Mitsubishi because it was such a great driving car as well as being stylish looking.
If you are looking for a good looking car that will leave you budget room to take you on adventures, than the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SEL is the compact SUV you have been looking for!
