The Christmas when I made a giant chocolate chip cookie and gave it to my brother as a gift–he had just returned from Korea, where his favorite box from home contained cookies and he always complained that everyone else in the unit dived in as well. This one was all for him!

My favourite memory has to be when I first tried a Toll House chocolate chip cookie, fresh from the oven. The gooey chocolate chips as I broke the cookie in half and the way it all melted in my mouth. Wow.
