Mrs. Thinster’s Review

Mrs. Thinster’s: Cookie Thins Review and GiveawayAll products

I have mentioned in the past that I am a cookie monster – I love cookies! If I had to choose one cookie over the other I would have to say Chocolate Chip Cookies are my favorites. In my opinion it is hard to really mess up the taste of a chocolate chip cookie. The other thing that I love is raw batters, although I know that they are bad for me with the raw egg element. I have always wanted a cookie with a batter taste, and I think I may have found them.

I was sent a box from That’s How We Roll and Mrs. Thinster’s. The box I received had 3 bags of cookies including Brownie Batter Cookie Thins, Chocolate Chip Cookie Thins and Cake Batter Cookie Thins. The idea behind these cookies that are thin but fill of taste. The round shape are reminiscent of the traditional thick cookie counterpart and full of flavor.

Brownie BatterBrownie Batter Cookie Thins: I love batter – raw and in its finished cooked form. This cookie tasted just like brownie batter without the harmful issues that raw batter can have. This cookie was really good topped with homemade whipped cream and without – this bag disappeared within a couple of days of opening. Every time I said I was done, I would eat one more – they are that good!

Chocolate ChipChocolate Chip Cookie Thins: As I mentioned at the top of this review, I am a huge fan of chocolate chip cookies and these were delicious! I hate to admit this but between Jason and I we knocked out this bag within a couple of sittings – oops! I guarantee you will be unable to eat just one!

Cake BatterCake Batter Cookie Thins: I am a huge fan of raw cake batter and I LOVE that I can get that same taste in a cooked safe cookie. I decided that these would make a great base for macerated apples in sugar topped with homemade whipped cream and vanilla sugar. The cookie absorbed some of the sugar liquid at the bottom and over-all held up well against the weight and moisture it sustained.

Each of these cookies are Non-GMO, contain no corn syrup as well as no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. These cookies are made from simple ingredients such as sugar, butter, eggs, butter and semi-sweet dark chocolate chips or cocoa powder depending on the flavor you choose. Each bag contains in the neighborhood of 20 cookies, which makes each serving size about 5 cookies which is the perfect serving size.

I would recommend EVERYONE giving these a try – I promise you will not eat just one and a bag will be gone before you know it!!

Cookies taste best with either an ice cold glass of milk, or a warm cup of hot cocoa. Both work great for dunking!

I’ve never understood the cookies-n-milk thing; I like cookies by themselves, with a little something to wash them down, if necessary.
