SunButter: Sunflower Butter Holiday 2016 Giveaway

sunbutter-holiday-giveaway-2016I love Sunflowers and they are my favorite flower. Since I am known and notorious flower killer I have begun to invest in silk sunflowers and fill my home with sunflower art. I began to research and learn about my favorite flower and have learned that the seeds make for good eats.

Earlier this year I reviewed SunButter Sunflower Spreads after meeting them at both my local Gluten-Free show and the Natural Products Expo. I love this alternative to traditional peanut butter I am so excited to have the opportunity to give some away for one reader to try!

SunButter: Sunflower Spread Review

SunButter: Smooth and Chunky Sunflower Butter Review and Giveaway

Sun Butter Crunchy and SmoothSunflowers are my favorite flower. I have been a fan of sunflowers since my mid 20’s. The problem is that I have a hard time purchasing these flowers because as beautiful as they are they do die, and once that process starts they lose what makes them unique. To solve this problem I have invested in silk sunflowers and filled my home with sunflower art.

Recently I was researching and learning about my favorite flower, and learned that the seeds can be used – which, since I am a fan of reducing, reusing and recycling, made me happy. I was lucky to be able to recently attend the Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo in San Diego as well as The Natural Products Expo in Anaheim. At each of these shows I was lucky to be able, to not only speak with company representatives, but also sample SunButter Sunflower Spreads. After I sampled this alternative to traditional peanut butter I knew I wanted to write about them and share with all of you. buy bactroban online https://noprescriptionbuyonlinerxx.com/bactroban.html no prescription

Milton’s Gluten Free Baked Chips Review

Milton’s Gluten Free Baked Chips Review & Giveaway

Miltons 6 pack baked chipsWhen i was growing up my father loved a good Jewish deli, which were in short supply here in San Diego. The closest deli was no less than 40 minutes from our home, and honestly out of the question most days despite his cravings. Some time in my teens a new restaurant popped up that was only about 20 minutes from out house, and we began patronizing this deli.

Flash forward 20 plus years later and what started out as selling bread out of the store front’s become a household name -Milton’s/Milton’s Craft Bakers. Going into this restaurant is a treat, and as soon as you step down the stairs and enter the front area you are met with pastries and bread. The sandwiches are just as good as a Jewish deli should be, and there are pickles on the table.

When I started this blog I never imagined that I would be come familiar with gluten-free brands, and that I would be watching if companies ventured down the gluten-free path. Yesterday I was in the store doing our weekly shipping and i noticed that many companies are starting to offer gluten-free alternatives to their gluten filled counterparts. Milton’s has continues the gluten-free wave with the arrival of Milton’s Gluten Free Baked Chips that come in 6 varieties and are crispy as well as tasty!
