I think that it is well established that the coloring book’s for adults is a trend that is here to stay. The benefits of coloring are wide spread and include relaxation benefits and stress reduction. The largest benefit that I see from coloring is that when I color I find that my mind wanders and I am able to let my mind wander and, many times I am able to see my issue clearly.
The other benefit of coloring is that is is a inexpensive and personal way to add a little splash of color and DIY to your home decor.
