Seponifiq – Bread and Lettuce Sepo Sauce Review and Giveaway!
If you are anything like me you have never tried Sepo sauce. Well that is not entirely true, I recently tried Seponifiq’s Bread and Lettuce Sauce.
The easiest way for me to describe Sepo Sauce, it that it is a bread and lettuce sauce that is packed with flavor. The texture and consistency are similar to thick salad dressing and when refrigerated the consistency is so thick that you can turn the open jar upside down with little to no sauce loss. Once the jar is open, the first thing you smell is a pleasant combination of garlic and mustard. The flavor is reminiscent of a caesar dressing, and tastes of garlic, horseradish with a small back note of vinegar. The sauce is not spicy, and is easy to spread and loaded with possibilities and flavor.
One of the most unique aspects of Seponifiq’s Sepo Sauce is the versatility. Some of the suggested uses and ideas include:
- Marianade chicken in the sauce and bake – save a little to use as a finishing sauce after baking for added flavor.
- Vegetable and salad dip – use in place or in addition to your beloved ranch dressing dip
- Pita topping on either soft pitas or pita chips – use in place of butters for a refreshing flavor
- Sandwich spread – use in place of mayonnaise on your favorite sandwich
- Shrimp and seafood – use in place of tartar sauce or traditional dipping sauces
- French fries and other fried foods – use in place of your regular dip
- Salad dressing – use in place of your normal dressing for a zesty punch to lettuce

I would use it for lettuce and vegetables, some fresh baked bread would also be good.
This sounds like it would taste great as a spread on a sandwich so I would try that first.
