I wash my hands a lot and never ever put anything in my mouth – like people who chew on pencils or pens, bleh, never do that. 😀

I wash or sanitize my hands frequently. I clean and sanitize the handle of my shopping cart with a wipe before I use it.

We always wash our hands upon returning home! Try to keep those germs out, but with one in kindergarten…I think the flu will come this year.

I’ve been taking an Airborne tablet and a multi-vitamin every day for the last few years and wash my hands/use sanitizer often and so far I’ve been pretty lucky with avoiding the flu.

We wash hands frequently, get rest and eat healthy. We also sneeze in the crooks of our arms to try and avoid spreading so many germs!

We all get the flu shot and keep our hands washed. No one comes to my whom who has any one sick in theirs. I have no immune system and my son has a heart transplant so its important.
