PupBox: 9 Month Old Box Review + Box Giveaway

When I was young we adopted a dog and while I tired puppy raising I was young and did not know what I was doing. I had little guidance, and due to my age, I was practically being raised with my puppy.
As pet guardians, we want to do the best for our pets and give them the best life we can. The downside is that we do not speak puppy and knowing what they need or want at each stage of their lives can be difficult.
As regular readers know, we are Shark Tank fans, and last year I saw a company featured that focuses on that special time in your puppies life. The PupBox Subscription Box is a monthly box tailored to the age and developmental stage your puppy is at.
The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of PupBox. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
I received a 9 month old PupBox Subscription Box for review –

Training Treats –Β Vita Essentials Wild Alaskan Salmon Rings: Since rewarding behavior is one of the best ways to teach puppies what is correct behavior, treats are included in each box. These freeze-dried treats are packed with essential vitamins and minerals and are made with only fresh, whole single-sourced USDA animal protein. Each treat is are comprised of 100% meat, organ meat, and bone and contain no synthetic hormones, antibiotics, minerals, or enzyme and are Made in the U.S.A.

Hugglehands Ruff – Tex Dragon: This is an all natural made of rubber round toy that is free of plastics and PVCs. This would be perfect to toss and let your puppy catch, combine with the treats and you can teach or enhance your pups toss, catch and return game.

Sea Crinkler: A simple flat toy with the crinkle noise that dogs love. As it turns out, we have been on the lookout for a toy this size for our cats. So this is going directly to our cats in a hope that they will love it as much as we do.

Groomie Silicon Brush: This brush reminded me of a similar brush I had for my cats many years ago. This brush as soft silicon teeth that massages while brushing your pet. Having a good brush and teaching puppies early that brushing is a positive experience will make a lifetime of grooming easier.

Multi Pet Groom Genie Daily Cleaning – 100 pack: Lets be honest, puppies get dirty! This normally happens quickly and without preparation on the humans behalf. These have a clean scent and they wonβt tear when pulled and the package is resealable. These would be good to have in the car for trips to the dog park, and a package near your house entrance – keep paws clean. Plus, get puppies paws used to be clean when they are young to make it easier as they age.

9 Month Guide: As puppy ages so do their needs, and learning continues to expand. This insert in the box goes over what you can expect as your puppy ages. Each month will cover another topic and help with tips and ideas.

Assorted Inserts: There are also other included inserts that go over seasonal issues, a manifest of the products included in the box and other tips and ideas as puppy gets older.
Pupbox is a monthly subscription box that includes products and training guides to new puppy parents each month to help walk them through all of the challenges of puppyhood. Each box generally include treat’s, a couple of interactive toy’s as well as tips for that stage of puppy life!
Arguably, puppyhood is one of the most challenging time that is filled with push and pull, and boundaries being tested. Having a monthly box that helps to guide the human is a not only informative but fun.
If you are looking for the perfect gift for a new puppy parent, you will not go wrong with a PupBox Subscription Box.

My most memorable pet moment was when I got my first Boston Terrier. She was so little, and I had only had big dogs before her. She was just so cute curled up in my lap.
Such a cute puppy survival box. They grow up so fast!
I remember the first time my dog saw me after she had been in a crate on a 12 overseas flight…. she was so happy to see me.
My most memorable moment is the look of happiness when we took our new rescue puppy home. It wasn’t long that he made himself at home.
“What was your most memorable pet moment?” When we got pet kittens several decades ago and they kept peeking out of the hole we put in the top of the box to get them home–very chaotic!
MY MOST MEMORABLE PET MOMENT IS WHEN WE GO OUR FIRST GOAT BUBA A FRIEND SAVED HIM AT A AUCTION ONE DAY OLD. I PUT HIM ON A BOTTLE AND STAYED ON THE COUCH NEAR HIM HE IS NOW 12 YEARS OLD AND A JOY TO OUR FAMILY HE WAS MEANT TO BE SOMEONES EASTER DINNER

I don’t want to remember this, but we had to put our dog down from old age and incontinence.
I remember the moment I saw our little rescue dog, Casey. He was sitting beside Dan and came running toward me when he saw me. Dan said many people had passed by, but Casey did not move until he saw me. It was like we were meant to be together and he knew I was his Mom.
I had four dogs. Three are no longer with me and were taken too soon. They were chows and a chow/collie mix. I’ve had many memorable moments with all my dogs, Benjamin, Bonnie, Bambi and Ice. I think one that sticks with me is the fact that Bambi always knew when I was not feeling well or when I was not in a great place mentally. She would come rest her face on my knees and stay that way and get me to pet her or come lie next to me when I was in bed unwell. Even in her last days when she was dealing with pancreatic cancer, she retained all the best qualities about her.
My most memorable pup moment was finding out my sister was approved to adopt a rescue puppy from an agency in her town π

I remember adopting my first dog as an adult. She was a beautiful, sweet, smart dog and I miss her.

The day we adopted my sweet rescue Stormy.
I will never forget the look on my husband’s face when I brought home my rescue Shih Tzu. He was filthy. We actually thought he was brown when he really is gray and white. And he smelled something awful! Now my husband loves my little fluff ball.
Watching them play for the first time.
I have lots of memorable moments. I remember playing monopoly against my dog as a kid. I had a system where I would “interpret” what move he wanted to make.
So many …. but perhaps when Zane suddenly went blind (shortly after being diagnosed w/Diabetes). Clearly he was confused but by the next day – this trooper shrugged it off and went on with life.
My most memorable moments with my dog would be when he got attacked by coyotes; the poor thing was all torn up. After many vet visits and with lots of tender care, my dog came around! The vet sure liked to see the interesting way I had bandages for my dog!
Our cat named Lina giving birth to 8 kittens. 4 girls, 4 boys!

Easily the most memorable moment would be when I knew that my rescued baby finally accepted me as her human. Now, a year and a half later, she lets everyone know I am her chosen human π If shec ould talk she would probably tell everyone she rescued me (she did in her own way)!
My most memorable moment was when I walked my pet bunny.
The first time we bought our dog home as a puppy, he was so small and snuggled up next to our son.
