Peaches & Petals Subscription Box: May 2017 Review

Peaches & Petals Subscription Box: May 2017 Review

Summer means so many things, but it is usually synonymous with travel. The mere thought of summer travel can be overwhelming and uncomfortable to many people.

When I received this months box, I was thrilled to see a couple of items that will enhance our summer vacation. The theme for the May Peaches and Petals box theme was “Vacation, All I Ever Wanted” and I was happy to see each item fit within that theme.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Jammin Butter/Peaches & Petals. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own. Prices listed are subject to change without notice.

Peaches and Petals is a monthly box described as a box that caters to ‘fun, flirty, fashionable vintage and modern lifestyles’. I have found that it really applies to a broader spectrum, and almost any woman would enjoy this box.

When you subscribe each month you will receive 3-5 items that have been hand selected personally by the Peaches and Petals team. The included items can range from books, household items, beauty items, gift items and are usually loosely based within a monthly box theme. There can be other items included, depending on the box and theme for the month.

The May 2017 box included the following within the “Vacation, All I Ever Wanted” theme including:

Umbra Magnetic Board: This board is 15.5″ L x 15″ W and comes with 6 magnets and has the words – She Believed She Could So She Did. I plan to use this for our quick notes to each other, and things that we need to buy at the store.

Empire Candle Company Sara Beth Candle in Seaside: There is nothing that I enjoy more than a good smelling candle and this one fits the senses perfectly. The color is a perfect blue that matches the sea perfectly.

Hope to Go – Soapbox Soaps 4 Piece Set: I was excited to see this set since i have used Soapbox Soaps in the past, and they are one of my favorites! I plan to save this for our next trip so I can have my favorite brand with me.

gud from Burts Bees Cleansing Wipes: I have never met a cleansing wipe that I do not like and these are no different Pearanormal Activity is a Pear and Acai Berry combination and the Red Ruby Groovy which is a grapefruit and thyme combo. Each if these smell good and left my skin soft and smooth!

World’s Best Air Soft Microbead Neck Pillow: I have been wanting a neck pillow and I loved this pink polka dot pillow. It is soft and pliable and would be perfect for travel.

Overall this months boxes contents were useful, and all the items will be used. As always this box is always interesting and you never know what you will get and this month we got items to make our summer travel a little more luxurious.
