Paper Pumpkin – Another Great Year – December 2016 Kit Review + Giveaway
One of my favorite activities is to go through my year of photos, send them to the printers for printing and then placing them in an album.
Sometimes I remember all the details of the moment captured in the photo, and other times my memory needs a little jogging. I keep a journal of the years events that I am able to reference back to when I make my yearly highlight album.
When I received the December 2016 Paper Pumpkin kit “Another Great Year”, I saw an easy way unique way to summarize my 2016.
The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Paper Pumpkin/Stampin’ Up, but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
This month is a kit that makes an album that summarizes your year and is titled “Another Great Year“.
Each month I look forward to the 10 by 6.5 red box, to see what new project I will be embarking on. Each month the kit comes complete with the items you need to create the project for the month. Included in this months box was the following:
- Another Great Year Rotary Stamp
- Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker
- 18 sheets double-sided patterned paper (3 each of 6 designs)
- 8 Printed Window Sheets
- 2 Silver Foil Sticker Sheets
- 3 Printed Sticker Sheets
- 1 Roll Designer Washi Tape
- 2 Silver Jump Rings
Included with each box are written instructions with full-color photos but also there is an instructional video available (Online Instructions) to help you complete the project each month.
This months stamp is a rotary stamp with an assortment of 12 greetings and patterns shapes as well as two columns of numbers. The greetings are as simple and there is even one that has the date with the slashes, which gives a nice opportunity to date your creation.
The concept behind this months kit is that when completed you have a wonderful way to summarize your current or previous year.
The instructions in this kit were easy to understand and follow. Also photos included were clear and even if omitted I would have been able to complete the kit.
The end result is a cute way to feature your year that can be displayed and something you can be proud of.
Paper Pumpkin by Stampin’ Up boxes are available for $19.95/month, $59.00/3 months, $114.00/6 months and $215.00/12 months and the shipping is included in the cost. The 6-month is a total savings of about $6, about a $1 a month savings and the 12-month is total savings of about $24, about a $2 a month savings thus ends up totaling the amount of receiving one kit free.
