Limoneira Company: Simply Lemons Set Giveaway

During the winter holidays there are certain scents that are synonymous with the winter holidays – these can be cranberry, apples, mint to name a few.

One of my favorite scents is lemon, and while not usually associated with the winter months, it is a strong citrus fresh scent that can good any season. There is something fresh and citrus can awaken the senses and cheer a person up on an otherwise gloomy day.

In these otherwise cedar and cranberry-apple filled days, I am thrilled to be able to bring you a fresh and versatile citrus set with this Simply Lemons.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Limoneira Company.

Limoneira Company is located in Santa Paula, California with 3,010 acres of lemons (as of 2016) and has been in the lemon producing industry for over 120 years.

Utilizing those years of experience they began the Limoneria Skin Care line of products. These products are lemon (and avocado) based and are made with all organic ingredients that are natural, By utilizing water conservation practices, soil enrichment, use of green materials, recycling and using solar energy makes this also sustainable. Each product is preservative free, pesticide free, and dermatologist tested and approved.

The use of lemons are a non-chemical way of lightening age spots and brightening blotchy brown discolorations. The acid in lemons helps to take off dry, flaky skin to create a more even skin tone in addition to many other natural uses lemons provides.

I was sent a Simply Lemons Set which includes a Lemon Sugar Candle that smells like a sweet combination of sweet and citrus. After only burning for a few moments, my entire home smelled like I baked lemon sugar cookies!

The other item included in the set is the Organic Lemon Moisturizer, which can be used daily, left my skin feeling moisturized without a greasy layer. The Moisturizer dried smooth and smelled of lemons, with a hint of lavender and camphor.
