Kitty Shack Review
Anyone who is a regular reader of our review will know that we love our cats, Maggee and Murfee. Our house is very cat friendly with high up places to sleep, down low places to sleep, toys in many corners and many things dangle for them to bat at.
I am always looking for a soft thing to put on the floor to add to their comfort. I have tried cat beds that you get at the local pet stores, and they become toy holders. I have tried a homemade thick quilted bed, as well as a fleece dog bed with no interest from them whatsoever. So when I received the Kitty Shack I was not very hopeful.
Let me say I could not have been more wrong. Upon opening the box it was if the cats knew it was for them. It came nicely folded in plastic and once the plastic is removed (and placed somewhere away from your animals) the Kitty Shack is unfurled. The Kitty Shack can be used two ways: the first is as a tee-pee style for the cat to crawl into and secondly layed out flat.
Maggee was much more interested in the tee-pee form then her brother Murfee, and even crawled into it. Once I unzipped it and laid it out, that is when Maggee took ownership and within 5 minutes was asleep atop it in the middle of the floor. The picky brother of hers followed almost immediately and curled up with his sister for a couple hour nap.
Each Kitty Shack features a self heating thermal core and electrostatic cover to trap and attract that unwanted pet hair. I believe the magic in this is that it captures and reflects a cats own heat back at them, therefore giving them a very warm place to sleep. My two love to sleep together and this is a favorite in my house – actually an “out of the park” success. I would recommend Kitty Shack to ANYONE with a cat – this is a MUST HAVE for cat owners! 
I was skeptical that they would pay any attention to this and now I am going to purchase a second one, in case this one gets ruined! I can not imagine the Muggles not having a Kitty Shack.
