Form: Stress Relieving Adult Coloring Book Review

Form: Stress Relieving Adult Coloring Book – Master Collection – Review + Giveaway

When I was young one of my most disliked classes was anatomy. There must have been a mental block in my mind because no matter how many times I reviewed those diagrams I never quite got the idea.

Now that I am older, I can appreciate each bone, joint and movement that my body produces. I am eager to learn more and educate myself about those intricacies that I did not understand all those years earlier.

When I received the Form: Stress Relieving Adult Coloring Book Master Collection by Blue Star Premier, I finally saw a way I could learn about the interior of my body, while having a relaxing time.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Blue Star Publishing. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.

Form: Stress Relieving Adult Coloring Book Master Collection by Blue Star Premier contains over 30 figures that shine a light on the human form.

Each design in this book emphasizes the structure and form of the human body. Since each image is hand-drawn and exquisitely detailed, this adds to the feeling this is a coloring book of the human body. The designs range in complexity from beginner to expert-level throughout the book, and are all wonderfully details.

This book from the Master Collection, which means that it is bound like a traditional book, but has perforated pages for easy removal. The paper is heavyweight and artist-grade that is thick and allows for experimentation with different coloring media.

If you want the book to lie flat you can open the book and press down on the interior spine, which will then create a crease that will let the book be flat. Otherwise the book will not stay open on its own and you will have to either weigh the opposite down while coloring.

The paper in this coloring book is high quality and once complete would make a great framed piece – especially if you have a body fan in the family. I would still recommend placing a piece of paper under the page to be colored to avoid bleeding through to other pages. This also will assist in the prevention of creating impressions on the following pages.

Each image throughout this coloring book is thoughtfully drawn and gives the colorer a great idea of what lies right beneath the skin of the hand they are using.

This book would make a great gift for anyone in the medical field, physical therapist and people interested in general anatomy. That is not to say that other people would not enjoy this book, they will.

If you are looking for a high quality coloring book that has different images than they typical ones, this is the book for you!

I like my face. This coloring book would be awesome for my son! He is studying to be a nurse and there is so much to memorize. He could color this and label it at the same time.
