Evolution of Smooth – Lip Balm and Shave Cream – Review
I am a color girl, I love things with color. This love of spectrum of color extends from my knife set we use daily, to the clothes I wear and the bottles of the products I use. Generally speaking I am always open to trying new items, and believe that each item I sample could be my next “must have”.
I have noticed Evolution of Smooth in the local drugstore for a couple of years now, due to the bright colors they use for packaging. I love the color but what is inside is more important and I always wondered if they were as good as I had read and heard over the years. In pursuit of my quest to find the answer to this question I reached out to EOS (Evolution of Smooth) for a sample. I was given the chance to review the following products.
Smooth Sphere Lemon Lip Balm with SPF15: I love all things lemon, there is something fresh and invigorating about the smell of lemons. The first thing I noticed was the wonderful lemon scent, not overpowering yet still obviously lemon scented. The application was smooth and easy, and did not have a heavy feel on my lips. As it settled in on my lips, the remaining taste was also pleasant. The twist top gives them an easy and quick application and storage. Plus it gives the added bonus of SPF15 to help protect you lips from the harmful sun rays.
Smooth Sphere Honeysuckle Honeydew: Admittedly honeysuckle is one of my favorite smells and am thrilled that they made this a scent/flavor. Similar to the lemon in packaging, this was easy and convenient for use. The taste that remained on my lips was not heavy and quite flavorful for being a lip balm.
Ultra Moisturizing Shave Cream – Lavender Jasmine: The smell of this shaving cream was beyond good. I also am a huge fan of Jasmine and this did not disappoint. This shaving cream went on smooth and easy. It provided a nice surface in which to shave and washed off easy with no residue. I noticed that about an hour later my skin felt smoother than prior to use.
I would recommend any of these Evolution of Smooth products, I promise you will love them as much as I did. I plan to purchase these to have spares around – they are that good!
