Pet Treater Monthly Subscription Box Review – December 2017

Pet Treater Monthly Subscription Box Review – December 2017

As I have mentioned in the past, one of my favorites times of the month is the day I go visit my furry sister. Each month Meadow greets me with excited and pure love, and protection over her environment.

When I gave her the treats from the December Pet Treater as she does each month, she learns and finds the squeaker in the toy within only a couple of moments. The next step is usually running off proudly with her newly discovered bounty which she did proudly this month.

Oogies Snacks: New Flavors and Redesign Giveaway

Oogie’s Snacks: New Packaging and New Flavors Giveaway

As a blogger and crafter I spend a lot of time in our house, and spend many hours at my computer and couch, and since I do not like to get my crafts or keyboard dirty, popcorn is often the snack that we end up choosing.

Since we eat so much popcorn, we grow tired of the flavors typically available and when I saw the newly repackaged and new flavors of popcorn from Oogie’s Snacks I was so excited – not only is the packaging eye catching but the popcorn is always good.

Pawscout: The Smarter Pet Tag Review

Pawscout: The Smarter Pet Tag Review & Giveaway

One of my biggest fears is losing my cats. We had a situation a couple of years ago when through an open window, both cats escaped. Lucky for us we got super lucky and they did not venture far from home but the scare stayed with me and is something that I consider whenever we leave the house. Since that fateful day I have been looking for a way to prevent those scares and with the Pawscout: The Smarter Pet Tag this may be a preventable scare in the future.

SeaSnax: Sheets and Chomperz Review

SeaSnax: Sheets and Chomperz Crunchy Seaweed Chips Review & Giveaway

Being only 1400 steps from the sea, there is one thing I see more often than not – seaweed. Usually it is just floating along the surface of the ocean and sometimes along the sand. While I see it often, I give it very little consideration, and chalk it up to being a member of the coastal community.

When I recently recieved an assortment of SeaSnax, which is seaweed made into tasty snacks, I was intrigued that this item I see so often on the coast is a edible item.

Bravo! Pet Foods: Canned Cat Food and Cat Treats Review

Since my cats rely on me to make their health decisions for them I try and make the best ones that I can. I try to give them a healthy selection of treats and food, and use the sum of my knowledge to make positive decisions for them. One of the largest decisions we make is what to feed our pets? Since Maggee is loving freeze-dried treats I was eager to try Bravo Pet Foods treats and wet foods.

As much as I love to bake, I am honestly no good at decorating. The decorating is my one weakness and the one area I am always looking to learn and educate myself.

When I saw Cake, I Love You by Jill O’Connor, I saw an easy way to make the cakes I make beautiful. The book includes many recipes and ideas for seasoned bakers to beginner bakers and everybody in between.

Cake, I Love You offers 60 recipes that are organized by flavor profile such as banana, coconut, chocolate, caramel, spice, fruit, butterscotch, spices, citrus and cakes from the garden and orchard. From the level of difficulty, each chapter in this cookbook gives a wide range of cakes from easy weeknight sheet cakes to showstoppers that are layered with frosting and ganache. There are photos throughout so you know what your cake should look like.

Also of note, the author is a local a food columnist for the San Diego Union-Tribune and she lives in San Diego, California.

Creation Crate Review

Creation Crate: Electronic Projects Delivered Each Month + a Giveaway

I was a thirsty kid – I wanted to learn and educate myself about the world. The problem was that I wanted to do this on my own time and in my own way. I loved kits, and items that had all the materials I needed in one place.

Flash forward many years later and I still have that thirst, but have a world of technology and information at my finger tips. Many times it is easier to look up an answer or purchase an item than learn how to create it.

When I recently received a Creation Crate in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised by this electronics kit in a monthly box delivered to my door.
