Cat Lady Box Monthly Subscription – “Fall Back” – September 2016 – Review and Giveaway

With the arrival of fall also comes with cooler days, cooler nights and time changes. The time change has always been something that I do not adjust well to. Twice a year we are either “springing” forward or “falling” back. When I was young I would use this as excuse to why I was either running late or early, depending on the desired responses.
Now that I am older and clocks tend to adjust on their own my excuses are less and less valid. Despite my mixed feelings, fall has arrived and when I received the September Cat Lady Box and saw the theme of “Fall Back” those memories returned. Consistently each month is “purrfectly” curated and each month is better than the last.

This is beyond cat themed – it is a black cat head that has the hour and minute hands in white. The result is a black and white battery operated clock that captured my cat’s attention and were fascinated.
“Purr” Gold Layer Necklace – CatLadyBox Exclusive: People in my personal life will attest that I am not really a jewellery girl but I have to admit these are pretty cute. This is a set of three layer necklaces with each layer having its own impact piece.
Cat Lady Bandages – CatLadyBox Exclusive: I am probably one of the least coordinated cat lady’s out there and I am always having a need for bandages. I love that I finally have cat themed band-aids – should make those silly injuries a little less bruising to the ego.
*CAT TOYS* Fluffy Feather Boa Teaser Wand and World’s Cutest Cat Catnip Gold Metal: I love getting cat toys and if there are feathers involved I am happy along with my cats. This is a cute medal, although I wish the neck opening was larger as I would have loved letting the cats wear this. As for the wand toy – I was a hit!
Cat Lady Featured Artist – Evgenia of Goosi Studio: This months Cat Lady Artist is Evgenia of Goosi Studio. Based in Toronto, Canada she loved to paint and draw cats. Included in each months box is a postcard featuring a new cat print. Each month is different from the previous months which allows people to be introduced to a new cat themed artist each month.
When you get a CatLadyBox each month the mailman knows your cat lady status, since the box comes branded with the Cat Lady Box logo. When the box is opened you are greeted with a black tissue with a sticker enclosing everything in the box from hand and paws alike. The box is packaged well, and there is space enough that items do not get smooshed and smashed together.
As most of these items are made special for CatLadyBox it is hard, if not impossible, to locate them outside the monthly box subscription. If I was able to locate the items, then I have included the links for you to possibly purchase them without a box subscription.
As time passes, these boxes really do get better with time. Each month there are items that are exclusive to the box and it’s subscribers. I have lotsa cats.. I would have to say their best quality is how they are each such individuals. They all do things differently. We have very cuddly to very aloof. One thing they all have in common though is we love them dearly and they know it.

I have 3-they are so very different. My female is so gentle and so laid back-nothing bothers her. My 1st boy has turned into what I call my puppy dog-if he gets in trouble he sits at my feet.
