New Belgium Brewing: Adult Coloring Book Review and Giveaway
As I drive around town I have noticed a new trend – craft breweries. I live in San Diego County and as luck would have it, the county is home to more than 100 breweries, microbreweries, and brewpubs which makes for many options for cuisine and beer.
The one brewery that is not near us is New Belgium, a craft brewery that is located in Ft. Collins Colorado. This craft brewery began on a bike ride through Belgium brewery to brewery. Through hard work and wide distribution New Belgium has become the 3rd largest craft brewery, and the 8th overall brewery in the United States.
Since my husband is a fan of craft breweries I knew when I saw the New Belgium Brewing: Adult Coloring Book this would be a book that we both would enjoy.
Let say that the products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Blue Star Publishing. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
New Belgium Brewing: Adult Coloring Book by Blue Star Coloring and New Belgium Brewing is over 35 images that are centered around the craft brewery. The images range from the known bicycle logo to beer mugs.
As I have mentioned in previous Blue Star reviews, the book, does not lie flat, but does not affect the function of the book. If you open the book wide and press down on the interior spine you will be able to crack the binding. This is not a reason to not get the book and honestly the worst that happens is that it makes coloring a little more challenging but this in no way affects the book.
If you want to remove the pages please note that the book is bound similar to traditional books, so take care when removing the pages. I use my typical recommendation which is to be cautious when tearing or removing the page or use a cutting device such as scissors or a craft knife to get the page out since the images are close to the edges. Many of the pages cut close to the binding so take extra care when removing pages.
I would recommend placing a piece of paper under the page to be colored to avoid bleeding through to other pages. This also will assist in the prevention of creating impressions on the following pages from pressing down to hard – which I am guilty of.
Since I love coloring and love the craft brewery trend, I think it is great that we can fuse the two. This coloring book is appropriate for men, woman, beer drinkers, non-drinks, coloring fan and everybody in between. This is a fun and creative coloring book that is a must have for any coloring book collection.

New Belgium also brews out of Asheville, NC. They do lots of charity work in NC. I was at a benefit concert last week and New Belgium was one of the breweries there and they donated all their beer proceeds to the cause that night. I’d love to color in their coloring book!
