Utama Spice: Diffuser and Essential Oil Review

Diffuse and Relax With a Sonoma Yi Diffuser and a Deep Calming Essential Oil – A Review and Giveaway

One of the things that I have come to rely on are essential oils and various blends, especially during stressful times. There are an unlimited number of combinations and a million remedies so when I heard that Utama Spice wanted us to review an essential oil and blend I could not think of a better time than now!

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Utama Spice. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.

I received an Sonoma Yi Diffuser and Deep Calming Essential Oil Blend for review –

The Sonoma Yi Diffuser has a ceramic top with LED lamp with a light/natural grain bottom that would match almost any decor. It is simple to use and is not loud when in use. This diffuser has a mist timer that provides four options including continuous, 1 hour, 3 hours, and 8 hours diffuser times. The mist options are available in continuous and intermittent and the LED options range from bright, dim to breathing (which is a very mild light option).

The diffuser can be use it as a nightlight, or aromatherapy tool to assist in relaxation, which makes the a multi functional diffuser. The diffuser is easy to use, needing only 180 ml’s of water and a couple drops of your preferred oil. The run time can be as much as 8 hours continuous use or 16 hours of  intermittent use depending on the amount of diffusing you would like.

The Deep Calming Essential Oil is a blend of essential oils that helps to ease tension, relaxes aches and pains and promotes calm and well-being. This calming blend includes Lavender Oil, Rose Geranium Flower Oil, Bergamot Oil, Cananga Flower Oil, and Orange Peel Oil. This is just what relaxing is made of, and each time I have used it, I have come away relaxed and ready for whats ahead.

I don’t own enough essential oils to know what my favorite is. I know I like citrus blends or a musky, woodsy scent.
