Quilty Box: Classic Box Review – September 2018

Classic Quilty Box – September 2018 Review

As a crafter I love the idea that I can take a flat piece of fabric and within a couple of hours, create something useful for human, k-9 or feline.

When I received the September 2018 Quilty Box I was excited to add some pinks, blues and greens to my fabric collection.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Quilty Box. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.

I received the September 2018 Quilty Box that included the following items:

Mariposa Sky Bundle by Flaurie and Finch with Coordinating Thread: The first thought I had when I saw this collection was that it reminded me of butterflys and spring. The colors are subtle without being overpowering, and they would make a great combination for a baby, or young ladies room.

Olfa Grided Rotary Cutting Mat: I always need a mat, so this 6 by 8 mat was a nice addition for me to come across in my box. Included in this months Bundles of Inspiration are ways to take care of your mat and keep it looking new.

Olfa Grided Rotary Cutting Mat: A couple of months ago Quilty Box included a rotary cutter in the box, so it was a nice surprise to see a new blade that goes with that rotary cutter included.

Butterfly Template: This months project included butterflies, so a template was a good addition.

Also included is a magazine, and a full pattern with instructions to create a quilt with the enclosed fabric!

I LOVED this box, and I love that quilters and crafters have a monthly box that delivers the items needed to create a sophisticated and stylish quilt!
