Peaches & Petals Subscription Box – August 2016 Review
When I was a youngster I watched a lot of television. It is this very topic that Jason and I speak of often. In a stark contrast to me he spent his time outside, riding his bike and hunting snakes. I, on the other hand spent all of my time inside, coloring or playing pretend with the television on as “company”.
At night when my father would go out and leave me to my own devices I would spend that time watching television. I had a couple of favorite shows including Mr. Belvedere, Hogan Family and The Golden Girls. To be honest thought Golden Girls was above my humor level, yet I loved the relationship between the 4 seemingly different women.
When I saw the August Peaches and Petals box I was reminded of all those hours shared with the Golden Girls. The boxes contents all revolve around the “Thank You for Being a Friend” theme and are appropriate, and useful while always remaining in theme.

Anchor Necklace: This is a cute necklace, especially since I am a coastal gal!
Headphone Splitter: Regular readers will know that I am a huge fan of anything feline so this was a cute addition. This splitter is perfect for listening to music with your BFF or loved one.
MannaKadar Beauty – Bronzer and Highlighter Duo: This is a 3-in-1 shade that is a universal shade that can be used a bronzer, highlighter and an eye shadow. Since I love neutral colors this is the perfect collection for me.
Inspirational Decal/Sticker: One of my favorite things is to put inspirational quotes in my craft room. I find that I go up there for inspiration and for I love having the inspirational words to inspire me.
Friendship Surprise – Quote Frame: I love this frame, and love the sentiment that it provides about friendship. I plan to put a picture of my best friend from high school in the opening.
