Milton’s Craft Bakers: Gourmet and Snack Cracker Review & Giveaway

As I have mentioned in the past, I get to sample, try and attend many things as a blogger. A couple of weeks back I went to the Gluten-Free Allergen Friendly Expo here in San Diego and I had the opportunity to see one of my favorite local brands – Milton’s Craft Bakers.

The Milton’s Craft Baker crew is about 10 minutes from my house and since I am such a fan of support of local companies, I was happy to see them. Our path’s crossed again at the Natural Product Expo, and I felt it was the “blogiverse” telling me that I had to review their gourmet and snack crackers.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Milton’s Craft Bakers. This post may contain affiliate links, but this in no way will effect the opinion stated in the review.

I received Milton’s Craft Baker’s Gourmet and Snack crackers that included the Gourmet Crackers in Multi-Grain, Everything, Garlic & Herb and Crispy Sea Salt. Also received were the Organic Original Multi-Grain Baked Snack Crackers and Organic Honey & Corn Baked Snack Crackers.

The first flavor I tried was the Original Multi-Grain Crackers, which are also available Snack Crackers. These are simple multi-grain crackers that are full of flavor. These would be good with a brie cheese, or a medium cheddar.

The other flavor of the Gourmet Crackers in Everything was a mix of a signature blend of wheat, corn and oats, and topped with onion, garlic, caraway, poppy and sesame seeds. These would be good with a spreadable cheese or a white cheese such as a jack or provolone.

The Garlic & Herb Crackers had more of a garlic flavor then I anticipated, so I would recommend having these with a nice spreadable cheese or slices of cheddar. These crackers are a balance of garlic and premium extra virgin olive oil and then bait.

The Crispy Sea Salt had the perfect amount of salt, and I loved when I looked at the crackers, I saw flakes of sea salt. These are really good, and would be good with a simple herb based dip.

I also received the Organic Honey & Corn Baked Snack Crackers, which also come in Organic Original Multi-Grain Baked Snack Crackers. The Honey & Corn Crackers were not overly sweet, but did have a couple notes of sweetness, although I think it could have been a bit more. As I mentioned above the Original Multi-Grain Crackers also came in the Multi-Grain Baked Snack Crackers and they were similar to the larger gourmet cracker.

Each of Milton’s Craft Baker Snack Crackers are USDA Organic Certified. The Multi-Grain Crackers are also Non GMO Project verified. In addition the crackers contain no saturated fat or cholesterol and no preservatives. Even the packaging is an environmentally friendly carton made from 100% recycled paper board.

If you are looking for a good gourmet and snack cracker, that will provide you a variety of crackers that will satisfy any cracker craving you are having!

I love crackers with my soup. I usually butter the crackers if I am having chicken or beef soup, but if I am having tomato soup I break up the crackers and toss them right into the bowl. Thank you for the chance to win. Happy Spring!
