The Goodie Girl Mint Slims are a mint cookie, that is gluten-free but does not taste gluten-free. Think of the best mint cookies you have had, and these surpass those. These are so good that it is always extremely difficult to not eat these all in one sitting – especially for a cookie monster like myself.

I would recommend putting these in the freezer or fridge – there is something almost magical about cold, crunchy and chocolate covered cookies.

Even when I was younger, I usually worked the holiday (actually New Year’s Eve, since I did night duty in a L&D suite!). That gave those who wanted to party the night off, and if there were deliveries, I celebrated with the families who were getting a really beautiful gift for the holiday! Now, if I manage to stay awake, we toast the New Year with sparkling grape juice–at least I do, since I never have liked the taste of alcohol!
