As the cold season approaches so does the season for dry and chapped lips that need exfoliating. During these extra cold times I like to use scrubs on my lips so that I get the moisture with exfoliation. The Good Earth Beauty: 3 Ice Cream Flavored Lip Scrubs in Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry were very good and smelled ever better. The flavors tasted like their names and the overall scrub left my lips feeling soft. The best part is that these will exfoliate and moisturize your lips. The also contain only natural (and some organic) ingredients including sugar, organic sunflower oil, organic coconut oil, organic almond oil, organic shea butter, organic jojoba oil and flavors.
Each of these are free of parabens, pesticides, petroleum, propylene glycol, phthalates, sulfates, and artificial colors. In addition they are made in small batches in the USA.

Used to be chocolate as a kid. Now, I’ve started limiting ice cream and cutting out milk completely as my stomach doesn’t handle it as well these days. However, I DO splurge on a Butterfinger Blizzard from time to time.

I am s classic vanilla person. Next is strawberry. Well butter pecan and the more luxe flavors are so good like coffee flavored. But as far as traditional flavors I enjoy vanilla but stay away from it because of calories.
