Enjoy Life Soft Baked & Crunchy Cookies Review and Giveaway

When ever I go to expo and food shows, one of the first things that I gravitate towards is the cookies.

As I have mentioned in the past I am a cookie monster and have met very few cookies that I do not like.

When I attended the Gluten Free and Allergen Friendly Expo I had the opportunity to walk through Enjoy Life Land by Enjoy Life Foods. The best way to describe the experience was it was like walking the yellow brick road with each step reminding walkers of the allergens that are not present in their products.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Enjoy Life Foods. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.

After my walk through Enjoy Life Land I received an assortment of Enjoy Life Foods Soft Baked and Crunchy Cookies including the following flavors –

Soft Baked Gingerbread Spice Cookies – This is a soft cookie that has a nice gingerbread and spice flavor. While these are not individually wrapped, the package won’t survive long enough for it to really matter. These were soft throughout and perfectly chewy and moist. These would be awesome around the holidays, as from the first bite I thought of the holidays.

Soft Baked Snickerdoodle Cookies – These reminded me of the Gingerbread Spice cookies in texture and taste. The overall flavor was all Snickerdoodle, and tasty. Similar to the previous cookies these would be great around the holidays.

Sugar Crisps Crunchy Cookies – These are simple crunchy sugar cookies. These are a bit larger in diameter than the soft baked cookies but are equally good.

Vanilla Honey Graham Crunchy Cookies – In my opinion when you mix Vanilla. Honey and Graham it is hard to get it wrong. I was expecting a honey graham taste and this reminded me more of a sugar cookie that contains extra vanilla. These were really good, I just wish they tasted more of graham.

Each of Enjoy Life Foods products are free-from the eight most common food allergens in the United States, including wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish and shellfish, as declared by the FDA. In addition each item is made locally in North America’s largest allergy-friendly bakery that is Certified Kosher.

While this is not my first experience with Enjoy Life Foods, it is nice to be reminded that there are many awesome companies that are doing things naturally and eliminating the allergens that many people suffer from.

It depends. I like ginger snaps hard, of course. But I like soft chewy chocolate cookies. But I like my homemade chocolate chip cookies to be a little crispy and buttery, not dry.
