Dream Frenz: Sol the Sun Review

Dream Frenz Review

Since I am a child of the 1970’s, I remember the days of easy toys. I am speaking of the days before computers, mechanics and complication.

Recently I went to the local toy store to peruse the isles, and chose a couple new toys for a friends child. As I was looking and walking the isles, I wanted something simple that would spark imagination. Those were my favorite toys when I was young, the ones that made me give a voice to, or a back story – basically using my imagination.

In this day of electronics and complication sometimes it is nice to go back to a simpler time and simpler toys. When I recently was approached by Dream Frenz for review, since I am all about the simplicity in toys I was eager to receive this.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Dream Frenz. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.

When I received the Dream Frenz – Sol the Sun I was immediately struck with the color, plushness and simplicity.

These plush toys have big round heads, smiles on their faces and tiny bodies that tuck up into their body. The plushness makes this a cuddly pillow that will spark your child’s imagination while they rest.

In the spirit of imagination, these were created by a child’s drawings – the drawings had big heads and small bodies. From this sketch the Dream Frenz line was born. There are currently 10 Dream Frenz available and there are plans in the future to add a sports line, hero’s and international Frenz.

If you know kids that are less on the technology, but more on the imagination end, this would be the perfect toy that also doubles as a pillow.
