Dr. Jacobs Naturals: Shea Butter Liquid Soap Review + Giveaway
There are days when I want one soap that I can use on my hands when I need a quick wash, as well as being able to use as a body and face wash.
As I have mentioned before, castile soap is one of the most versatile soap’s and is able to have various other ingredients added, while maintaining the pure nature of castile soap. I have been lucky enough to review a range of Dr. Jacobs Naturals Soaps, including the Shea Butter Liquid Soap.
The best way to think of Shea Butter is that it is superfood for the skin, in addition to being naturally rich in vitamins A, E and F. Shea Butter also has UV protection and helps stimulate collagen production.
The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Dr Jacobs Naturals.. This post may contain affiliate links, but this in no way influences the review to follow.
I was sent a 16 oz and 32 oz bottle of Shea Butter Liquid Soap by Dr. Jacobs Naturals for review.
I have had the opportunity to try other soaps by Dr. Jacobs and each one is just as good as the previous. In addition to the versatility of castile soap, it makes this the perfect soap to be used in the shower as body wash, facial wash or hand wash. The Dr. Jacobs Shea Butter Castile Liquid Soap had a clean almost smooth scent.
Shea butter can be used as a moisturizer, lotion or salve. I suffer from dry skin, and the skin on my thumbs cracks. When I used this soap to wash my hands, they felt a little better than they had before I washed my hands .
Dr. Jacobs Shea Butter Castile Liquid Soap comes with a pump bottle, and has larger bottles available which makes refilling a simple and viable option.
One of my favorite things about Dr. Jacobs products is that all of Dr. Jacobs Soaps are Non-GMO, they contain no artificial dyes or coloring, and they contain no palm oil, sulfates or parabens. As an added bonus they are also gluten-free, cruelty free and made here in the USA, and do not contain any preservatives.
Overall, I was really pleased with Dr. Jacobs Shea Butter Castile Liquid Soap. Be sure to give Dr. Jacobs Naturals a try and discover your new favorite soap and soap company!
