Party-Tizers Dippin’ Chips Review and Giveaway

Party-Tizers 4 Chip CollectionI grew up in what I would consider a social home. My father always made sure that his friends knew that he was welcome in our house, and as an extension my friends were always welcome. One of my favorite things to do was go after school on a Friday afternoon and head to the grocery store and stock up on treats for the weekend. This usually consisted of different ice creams, ingredient to make our own cookies and of course chips with an proper dip.

In today’s health conscious world it is not uncommon to see different combinations of ingredients made into the things that are common. When I was younger I never thought i would see the day that I would even consider eating chips with kale, spinach, beans and grains. I liked simple corn flavored chips and rarely deviated from that limited selection.

I was sent a wonderfully full box from Party-Tizer and That’s How We Roll. The box I received has 4 bags of chips – Potato Sea Salt Dippin’ Chips, Fiesta Bean Dippin’ Chips, Super Grain Dippin’ Chips and Veggie Dippin’ Chips. The concept behind these chips are that they are dipping chips to enable them to easily be dipped. The shape lends itself to resemble a mini bowl shape, which makes it easy to load in dip.

Party-Tizers 4 packThe first flavor we tried Potato Sea Salt Dippin’ Chips (upper left). These chips were not very salty, and I wish they would have had more saltiness being that I love sea salt added products. The second chip we tried was Super Grains Dippin’ Chips (upper right). These chips are made with Quinoa – which is high in protein and contains essential amino acids, Aranath – which is naturally gluten-free and provides 6 times the dietary fiber then long rain rice and Black Sesame Seed – this helps regulate blood pressure and regulate sleep patterns. The third variety was Fiesta Bean Dippin’ Chips (lower left). These chips were made from Adzuki Beans – these are rich in protein, fiber and folic acid, Black Beans – are good source of fiber, and support the blood sugar balance and Red Beans – which helps heart health. The fourth flavor was Veggie Dippin’ Chips made with Kale – a nutrient dense vegetable, Carrots – a low-calorie and contain important antioxidants and Spinach – contains Vitamins A, B2, B6, C, E and K.

Each of these chips had a unique taste all their own. This extends from the Veggie flavor – the first thing I smelled was the spinach to the Potato Sea Salt – tasting like a regular potato chip minus the heavy salt. These vegan, Non-GMO Verified, gluten-free, cholesterol free chips recently went through a package redesign and I have to say I like the new packaging versus the packaging we received. All of the Dippin’ Chips contain no artificial colors or preservatives and are certified kosher.

While these chips are not ones that we would normally purchase, I would not hesitate to purchase them for family functions and parties. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a chip packed with health benefits and creative combinations. Plus, at only 150 calories per 10 chips. they make a healthy snack!
