Dr. Jacobs Naturals: Holiday Soap Set Giveaway
There is no doubt that castile soap is one of the most versatile soap’s and for the past couple months I have had the opportunity to try the many scents of Dr. Jacobs. Using casitile soap as a simple base with essential oils, this maintains the pure nature of castile soap, and while getting the essential oils benefits. I have been lucky enough to review a range of Dr. Jacobs Naturals Soaps, including this Lucy Rose Loofah Exfoliating Castile Bar and Rose Liquid Soap.

Dr Jacobs Castile Liquid Soap comes in 2 bottle choices, the first being a pump bottle, and also a bottle that can be used for refilling which is a simple option. The Loofah Exfoliating Castile Soap smells as good as the liquid version and can be used in the shower. If you do opt for the shower route, I would put the soap on a drying rack so the soap dries out, and does not stay soggy.
As I have mentioned, one of my favorite things about Dr. Jacobs products is that all of soaps are Non-GMO, they contain no artificial dyes or coloring, and they contain no palm oil, sulfates or parabens. As an added bonus they are also gluten-free, cruelty free and made here in the USA, and do not contain any preservatives.

I had unexpected family visit. It was great.
My husband has given me so many nice Christmas gifts through the years, including many sets of pots and pans. One year I told him that the last set that he’d bought me was still going strong (and I’m still using them), so I didn’t need a new set. So you can imagine my surprise when I opened my gift and found a new set of pots and pans. They are a prettiest set I’ve ever owned, have great features, and it seems everything I need is included. I enjoy using both sets and I think the newer set will last long just like the others. (In case anyone is wondering, neither set is teflon).
My best holiday surprise was the year my husband bought me a new stove and that was my gift. But, when I woke up in the morning, I found a small box under the tree with a new wedding band. I had lost mine about a year before.

THIS is my favorite Xmas gift ever! When our daughter had been gone for 5-6 mos traveling through 30 states all alone living purposely in her jeep so she could do bucket list stuff and random acts of kindness for people/strangers and animals along the way and we THOUGHT she was across the country in Santa Cruz CA -we’d just talked to her on the phone that morning and she said she was there and that her jeep was broke down but she would video chat with the family later on that day, so we were looking forward to that. When we arrived at our hosts house our youngest adult son had a large gift that we all were SURE was a BMX bike because he is a passionate bmx’er. so I was ready to take photos and my husband was video taping.
