Keep Warm This Winter with a Fulton Chocolate Quilt Set – Review + Giveaway

Sleep is something that I value as an equal to my health. I strive each night to get 8 hours each night and I limit wake-ups as much as possible. Each night I have a routine that I follow, and I keep it consistent to not disrupt my “shut-down” cycle. As a part of my routine is a couple of minutes reading and making sure my blankets are in the proper order.
The one thing that can shake me from my sleep is when I am cold. If I get cold, I get woken up I have a hard time falling asleep again. When the temperature drops I try to bulk up my blankets and comforters.

As I mentioned above, earlier this year I had the opportunity to review the Crestwood Grey Quilt Set and it quickly became one of my favorite bed sets I have ever owned.

With the cooler temperatures, and a spouse that likes the temperature lower than warm, makes for a chilly room. I chose to get a king size to give a little more give since I am a bit of a blanket hog and love to be surrounded by soft warmth.
The pattern is a textured basket weave that consists of the love knot pattern.

The ensemble reverses to a solid fabric and is a soft quilt that gets its bulk from the weave design.
This quilt is the perfect blanket for the cold coastal nights that are ahead of me and two nights in, it is already my favorite heavier duty quilt.
As I mentioned before, I have really loved the look of a quilt and the comfort and the overall ease of making the bed into a masterpiece is very appealing.

Cool Room Warm Blanket

The room needs to be cool, light bedding, comfy pillow, and a dark room.
If I can’t fall asleep, I read a few pages of a book. Instantly I fall asleep. I guess it makes my brain focus on something that isn’t worry, or stress and that’s all I need for a good night sleep. 🙂
My secret is to diffuse lavender essential oil. It helps me relax for a good night’s sleep.
Do not drink any caffeine after 2:00pm. Do not keep laptops or cell phones in the bedroom.
A day of hard work always makes me ready for a good night’s sleep.
Lots of covers and a fan on is the only way I have a good nights sleep.
I usually have a nice cup of chamomile tea, and read awhile before bed. Otherwise I toss, and turn & it takes forever to fall asleep.
I wish I had a secret! I only get a couple of hours at a time. I do find that a ceiling fan is helpful. Thanks for the giveaway!

I have to have a fan going even in the winter. Love a cool room and warm blankets, nice combination.
I keep it as cool as possible. My family says I freeze them.

To get a good night’s sleep I don’t have anything heavy to eat after 6:00 p.m., shut off all electronics and get comfy with my cat purring on my lap. Always puts me to sleep!

My secret is just to be in a dark quiet room
For me it’s taking Melatonin before bedtime, a dark room and a white noise machine.
A shower, hot tea, cool room, and comfy bedding.
A cup of relaxing decaffeinated herbal tea about an hour before going to bed helps me to sleep great!

I take my insomnia meds and put on either a meditation or stormy night sounds, make the room dark and snuggle with either my stuffed giraffe or my cute ginger. Puts me right to sleep.

I have chronic pain, so for me a good nights sleep came from a memory foam mattress, an adjustable base, and several great pillows.
I had the chocolate quilt cover and my fur baby decided to have fun with it. It was very warm and held the body heat in.
Hmmmm. My secret for a good night’s sleep? I normally get one solid night of sleep once every two weeks. I have tried melatonin, tea, and more; I have always had issues with sleeping even as a toddler. Roughly 4 decades now… I can say, I am tired LOL

I wish I had a secret for a good night’s sleep. I have ongoing pain from shingles so I never get a full night of sleep without interruption. I keep a fan on low, have nice warm blankets and take a relaxing bath before bedtime. I usually read for a while and often take a mild sleeping aid But I still never get through an entire night without waking up.
