Floating Comfort Pillow by Mediflow – Review & Giveaway
Confession time – I LOVE to be comfortable. This extends to the clothes I wear each day, to the feel of my couch when I am relaxing and to my bed that I sleep each night.
The one thing that I struggle with more often than not is staying asleep. The reasons that I wake up throughout the night vary from night to-night and can be as simple as a cat running around to my spouse getting up for water.
Getting a good nights sleep is a valuable thing, and I am ALWAYS searching for new ways to get a good nights slumber. I recently got a new quilted bed set, so naturally I would need a new pillow as well. As luck would have it, I had the opportunity to review the Floating Comfort Waterbase Pillow from Mediflow.
The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Mediflow. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
I received the Floating Comfort Waterbase Pillow from Mediflow.

I will be honest and say that I was initially apprehensive to trying a pillow with WATER in it. The only thing I could think of was “What if it leaked all over our bed” but I quickly realized that these worries were for not.
The Floating Comfort Waterbase Pillow uses a waterbase technology that provides a responsive support for your head. This is accomplished by adapting to the shape of your head and neck as you move during the night. The great thing about this system is that it does not matter which way you lay your head and neck – they remain in proper alignment.

One side of the pillow is smooth and soft with a winderful layer of fiber filling and the flip side is smoother with the valve that allows water to be added to the pillow.
The pillow comes with a multi-purpose tool that assists in opening the valve as well as adding the water.

There are instructions and the water required varies from 60 milliliters to 130 milliliters (2 – 4 ounces) depending on the firmness you want.
I decided to go down the middle and added 95 ML and that was a nice medium pillow for me.

I was initially worried about leakage but was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to worry, The seal closed up tight, and it has been about 2 weeks and no water loss and no leakage. It has been really nice to wake up each day feeling more refreshed, but mostly without that sore neck feeling that I typically get.
If you are looking for a pillow that you can customize to your comfort levels, than the Floating Comfort Waterbase Pillow is what you have been looking for.

I sleep well with cool air and flannel sheets.
Melatonin
I like when it’s cool I sleep better
Going to bed early and not drinking caffeine before bedtime and sometimes a warm bath.
I really don’t have any secrets, just a routine. I turn on my fan and my tv and pull the covers up and go to sleep.
I don’t eat or drink right before bed.
No secret, I never get a good night sleep, because I work nights and too noisy during the day.
My secret to a good night sleep is taking a nice warm relaxing bubble bath and reading a book before bedtime or drinking a nice warm glass of milk which that helps too.
Mine is winding down before bedtime, turning lights off, taking Melatonin and I use a white noise machine too.
I try to get in bed early and relax myself by watching a little tv and I stop thinking about the day.
A nice shower.

I used to work nights and sleep during the day. I had a very difficult time sleeping. Let’s face it, people are just not supposed to sleep during the day, so I got a prescription for Ambien. Although I have since gone to day shift I still use it because I have to get up very early (4:30) to get to work on time. I figure I will quit the Ambien once I retire.
My secret to a good nights sleep is to get everything done 2 hours before time to relax and getting for bed
I have chronic pain and after several bad beds, finding the right mattress, spending a fortune on pillows (we have about 30), and an adjustable bed frame. These give me the best night possible. I have a combination of feather pillows, a my pillow, and some down alternative pillows. My nights are not perfect but certainly better than they have been in years. I get about 6 hours and I have severe Lupus.
My secret is to make sure i’m nice and warm, without that I can’t sleep.
My body has to be in a semi fetal position and my comfortable satin covered pillow has to be towards the right corner of the bed in order for a good night’s sleep.
Watching tv usually puts me to sleep
A good pillow and blanket for sure..
I have not had a good nights sleep in ages. A good pillow is a must.
The only way I get a really good nights sleep is when I’m up for like 24 hours straight. Otherwise even when I try to go to bed early (usually before midnight is early for me…) I’m up at like 4am!
no kids lol. my kids have not allowed me a good night sleep in 12 years
I like the room cool and dark and have the radio on with some soothing music.
I always dim the lights about 30 minutes before i go to sleep so i start getting sleepy
I relax for 30 minutes before bedtime and have a glass of milk.
I always fall asleep to a happy show.
I cant get a good nights sleep. I need a new mattress and my pillows are non existent. I want to know the secret myself lol
