It is the time of year when the wind blows off the ocean causing chapped lips. Each year I know it is coming yet I act surprised when my lips are dry and cracking. This occurs so often in my house, that the words ” I told you so” have been uttered more times than I can count.

Since I go through an adequate amount of lip balm, and am looking once that moisturizes, protects and has a pleasant flavor. When I recently saw that BALMSHOT Lip Balm had released a new lip balm that contained pomegranate, I knew I wanted to try it. comes in one of the more unique packages I have seen, as well was being a beeswax SPF 15 lip balm.

As I have mentioned before, BALMSHOT has one of the more unique packing’s I have seen being lip balm a gun shell. The new Natural Organic Pomegranate Lip Balm is a beeswax lip balm that nourishes dry lips.

BALMSHOT Lip Balms are also available in Classic, Cool Mint, Pure Pink and Pure Pink Camo which are both vanilla mint. The lip balms are all packaged in a shot gun shell that has a tighter fitting cap and a smoother turning base, which helps prevent against accidents. Each of these lip balms offer protection against sunburn, windburn as well as chapped lips.

What I found inspiring, and what made me want to support this company is that 4 times a year they make a donation to the Mountain States Tumor Institute to assist needy women pay for mammograms, biopsies and breast cancer treatment. I love winter. It brings back so many childhood memories. Playing in the snow, going to NYC to see the Christmas themes in the store fronts. Going to see the Christmas show and going backstage to meet the Rockettes. The tree at Rockefeller center and not to be forgotten the time spent with my family since that is the only time we were all together as a group.
