John Paul Pet: Pet Shampoo and Conditioning Spray Review and Giveaway
I have a confession – I love to brush Maggee. When we adopted her, one of our first priorities was to acclimate her to brushing. This was useless since she took to brushing like a duck to water and loved to be brushed.
A couple of months ago I noticed that she had some white flakes as we brushed her tail. Being the ever diligent cat owners we looked online. After what seemed like hours of reading we came to the conclusion that she has dry skin.
While I was researching this issue I discovered the easiest thing to do was give her a bath. When I received two bottles from John Paul Pet I knew that a feline bath was in her future.
Let say that the products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of John Paul Pet. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
I received a 8 oz Oatmeal Shampoo and 8 oz Oatmeal Conditioning Spray for review.
The 8 oz Oatmeal Shampoo which is a simple oatmeal, aloe vera gel and sweet almond oil combination. This is specially formulated to moisturize dry, flaky, sensitive skin which was perfect for the issue at hand. This is a clear shampoo and rinses easy.
The 8 oz Oatmeal Conditioning Spray is a simple spray that conditions your animals coat. This is a specially formulated to penetrate and revitalize your pet’s skin and coat. It is simple to use as you just spray on and brush through. I love that i can use this between grooming baths.
Since this is the same John Paul that makes the shampoo and conditioners for humans. What this means is that this animal version is tested on humans first for safety and effectiveness. These are made in the USA and cruelty free which is just an added bonus!
John Paul Pet shampoo helps many common skin ailments including
- Odor
- Dry, itchy, flaky coats and skin
- Unpleasant breath
- Build-up around ears and eyes
- Shedding, loose hairs and dander
I loved the way Maggees fur looked and the way she smelled – and this was easy to use! If you want a pet shampoo that is good enough for you to use than this what you have been looking for!
