Pearson Candy Company: 7th Street Confections – Dark Chocolate Thins Review + Giveaway

I am always looking for ways (excuses) to have chocolate with my fruit. One of my favorite ways is to melt chocolate and pour it over my strawberries and raspberries.
When I saw that the Pearson Candy Company’s 7th Street Confections had new Dark Chocolate Thins, I was interested since I love anything covered in dark chocolate generally speaking.
The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Pearson Candy Company/7th Street Confections. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
I received an assortment of Pearson Candy Company’ new 7th Street Confections Dark Chocolate Thins in the following flavors –

Raspberry & Quinoa – This is a combination of tart-sweet raspberries and quinoa make for a crunchy treat. I could not really taste the quinoa, other than the crunch it provided, and was pleasantly surprised when i got a raspberry.

Strawberry – A simple combination of strawberry and dark chocolate make for a very addictive and tasty variation to plain dark chocolate.

Blueberry & Almond – Another simple combination that has a crunch with a pop of fruit. I could taste the almonds and the blueberries. I tended to get them individually in each bite I took, but that was a nice alternate taste.

Pineapple & Toasted Coconut – While coconut is not my favorite, I was barely able to taste it on the bark. I was able to taste the pineapple, although not as sweet as I would have anticipated.
Each of these thins were a nice thickness of chocolate, not being to thick or to thin. I was able to break these easily with a snap and while i was eating them. The pieces are a nice variation of sizes, and each bite I felt i was getting one of the added items in the bark. The chocolate is a nice dark chocolate that will not leave you feeling you ate a sweet bomb.
TheĀ 7th Street Confections Dark Chocolate Thins are made with 54% cacao and have assorted fruits and nuts to provide a textural difference when eating them. Each bag is Non-GMO and contains no artificial colors or flavors.

Pearson Candy Company created 7th Street Confections to have way to create and sell chocolate candy without trying to fit it in to the existing product lines, which means this is a new product.
These are a nice addition to the thins currently available and if I was given a choice in store, I would purchase these, with the Strawberry being my first choice!
