175 Best Superfood Blender Recipes Using Your Nutribullet Review + Giveaway
As a blogger I spend many hours in front of my computer, and as such meals and snacks are easier when they are easy.
One of my favorite things is smoothies, from banana to chocolate, they are all tasty and good.
The downside is that my creativity is a little on the low side when it comes to my blending abilities. Since there a many combinations, a little help is always welcomed. When I received and looked through the book 175 Superfood Blender Recipes: Using your Nurtribullet I was excited by the prospect of new ingredients in my already tasty smoothies.

I received a copy of 175 Best Superfood Blender Recipes: Using your Nurtribullet for review, which is a collection of 175 recipes that can be used in your Nutribullet or blender.
Each recipe uses Superfoods, such as fresh fruit and vegetables to make nutritious and flavorful smoothies and soups. Some of the items that can be added to your smoothies are avocado, cranberries, peaches and blueberries – to name a few. For soups the items to be added range from peas, soybeans, flax seeds, nuts and nut butters, spices and of course other liquids.
One of my favorite recipes is the Blueberry Muffin Smoothie which includes blueberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, large rolled oats, flax seeds, lemon juice, pure vanilla extract and unsweetened almond milk. The recipe is as simple and place all the items in the blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Included in the book are explanations about what each item can do for you and your body, how they can help health conditions, and the crucial substitutions if you are missing an item.
There is a flavor and taste for any pallet, and the recipes are quick and easy. If you have a Nutribullet or a blender this book would be a great addition to you cookbook library.
