Each year I have a hard time coming up with stocking stuffer’s, and making sure it is a mix of useful and fun. Earlier this year I had the opportunity to review a wonderful product called Scrigit: The Essential Scraper Tool.

    We don’t really do stockings anymore. However, it was always lip stuff, lottery scratch off tickets, gum/mints, small amount gift cards.

    I love to fill a Christmas stocking with candy and gum, a toothbrush, small toys such as Matchbox cars, crayons, gift cards, homemade soaps, makeup, socks, gloves, chap stick, hair pretties, bandanas, candles, etc.

    Foremost, an orange! That is a family tradition. A few pieces of candy is common. Then it’s little things from the dollar store…cute erasers, sunglasses, etc. Sometimes I’ll add a gift card.

    lots of chap stick, and sample sized products, gum, small things you buy at the register… impulse buys are great for stockings, especially for kids

    Aside from some candy, small change, etc, the items for a stocking are geared mostly to the age of the recipient. Can be anything from small toys to jewelry.

    It depends on things I hear the girls say throughout the year. My go to items are lip balms, travel size body lotions, shower gels, etc, gift cards, etc. this would be a good stocking item because both if my daughters keep house/apartment.
