Gaslamp Popcorn – Malibu Mix Review + Giveaway

It is not a secret that we are a snack house. At any given time we have snacks that range from the healthy to the slightly unhealthy.

One of the healthier snacks that we have discovered that satisfies both Jason and I’s ever changing taste buds is popcorn.

Since we are such a snack home when I heard that Gaslamp Popcorn was releasing a new flavor called Malibu Mix I was curious.

The Gaslamp Popcorn Malibu Mix combines Sweet Kettle Corn, White Cheddar and Sea Salt & Olive Oil into one diverse flavor.

When I originally saw the announcement, I was not sure how I would like this new mix. The main reason for the trepidation was that I am not one to normally combine flavors of popcorn. I typically like to keep flavors separate but this mix has changed my opinion.

When I opened the bag I was met with the sweet smell of kettle corn. Each bite is different than the last and will give you the perfect mix of sweet and savory flavors.

Gaslamp’s Popcorn was started in the historic Gaslamp District in San Diego and while they are no longer based in San Diego, their name is a reminder of their start. Each of Gaslamp’s Popcorn is Non-GMO, while remaining gluten-free. There is no awkward aftertaste as with many gluten-free items, and each bite leaves you wanting more.

If you are a popcorn fan you will not be disappointed and I know you will enjoy this new popcorn combination.
