Taffy Town: Treat Dad with Taffy Giveaway

Treat Dad with Taffy – Father’s Day Giveaway

The easiest and simplest gifts that you can get your Father is something as simple and delicious!

One of the simplest treats is taffy with it’s combination of sugar, corn syrup, cornstarch, water, butter, salt, food coloring and flavorings. By using a whipping process and 24 hour-long batch conditioning process Taffy Town is able to get the purest and tastiest taffy.

I received a 18 oz Summer Sips Gift Jar for this post.  This post does have an affiliate link but this in no way will influence the opinion stated above and all opinions are my own.

Since not only am I a fan of taffy, but as is my father I am excited to be able to offer you a Taffy Town 18 oz Taffy Gift Jar.

Choose from Taffy Town’s Gift Jar selections including Bakery Bites, Summer Sips, Harvest Treats, Peppermint Stick, Egg Nog, Holiday Favorites, Stars and Stripes, Licorice Lovers, Theater Treats, Spring Flings, Fruit Salad, Melon Mix, Orchard Picks, Berries & Creme, and Tropical Fruit. The taffy comes in a resealable jar, that makes storage while keeping the taffy accessible.

I chose the Summer Sips Gift Jar for my dad that included Cherry Limeade, Peach Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, and Strawberry Lemonade taffy. Each of these taffy’s were fresh and chewy and each one equally delicious!

This would make such a wonderful gift for a taffy lover in your life!

I don’t usually get to see my Dad on Father’s Day, but I usually call him to tell him Happy Father’s Day. You know, life gets complicated as we get older, lol. Remember, as a kid, when we all thought grown-ups get to do whatever they want?? Yeah, it doesn’t happen.

For Father’s Day, we will go on a family bike ride with my husband and daughter. Then we’ll stop for ice cream.

My dad has pasted away but I take my seven year old son to the store and let him pick whatever he wants for his dad,my husband. Then we let him pick the restaurant he wants to eat at.

Attending church is first on our Father’s Day agenda, then a nice meal either at home or out, and then whatever he wants to do for the day – he chooses.

My dad and father in law both passed away several years ago, so it’s always a sad day for me. We spend the day doing something fun that my husband enjoys.

My dad and father in law are long gone. Our sons all live all over the country and the world so my husband and I will probably go hiking and out to eat and for ice cream. Rosanne

We spend the day at my Father in Law’s house. We take him his very favorite meal KFC. He eats it once a year and lives out in the country so it is a special treat. We usually make it a picnic lunch outside.

Sadly, I lost my father several years ago, so this is a day of remembering all that he meant to me.

My father always thought of these types of days (Mother, Father, Valentine) as Hallmark Holidays so we never celebrated them. But then, we always did things for each other no matter the day so it just seemed silly to save things for just one day of the year. I have to say, I like it better. Less stress.

Sadly this Father’s day I wont be able to go home but I’ll be sending my dad his gift via mail. Nevertheless, usually I would spend it with him and my siblings probably out and about in the city eating and then buying stuff.
