Pet Treater Monthly Subscription Box Review – July 2017
As most summer’s the weather here is a bit random and a bit hot. The goal during these summer days and nights is to keep animals well hydrated and safe. The ground is hotter during these days, and time in the care can turn tragic. The most important thing is to take care of your animals and be aware of the heat and how it effects them.
When I saw this months Pet Treater and has a more general theme, but still reminded me of hot summer days.
The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Pet Treater/Jammin Butter. This post may contain affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own.
Each month I am blown away by the quality and contents of the Pet Treater Box! Meadow has settled in nicely to the medium size dog so I am reviewing the medium dog box. The July 2017 box was a thoughtfully curated and themed box.
Here is a breakdown of the items that were in my/Meadow’s July Pet Treater box:
PetLou 20″ Monkey Stick: Timing is everything, and as luck has it, we have been looking for a soft flat toy to give to our cats. This is the perfect size for our cats, and it is so soft being a wool fabric.
Puppy Scoops – Vanilla Ice Cream: I know that Meadow likes ice so a flavored creamy product should be a home run with her. My father is going to wait for a warmer day or after a long dog park day to give this to her.
Fetch It Sticks – 3 Dog Bakery: One of Meadow’s favorite treats are cheese so this came at the perfect time. These are small so she will go through them quickly, but she will enjoy them.
Open Road Portable Bowl – Hungry/Thirsty: When you spend hours at the dog park, a collapsible bowl is a necessity. This is double-sided with Hungry one on side and Thirsty on the other.
Magic Coat – Bath Time Kneeling Caddy: The one downside to have a furry dog is that upkeep is numerous and many. This will help when brushing Meadow leads her human to her level.
Animal Planet – Fox Tennis Ball Toy: I loved this toy when I saw it, but sadly it is a little small for Meadow. It is ok because Meadow has many 4-legged friends that she is able to share toys with. This is a tennis ball on a fox with a crinkle tail.
I’d Rather Be With My Dog Trainer Treats: These Paleo Turkey and Pumpkin treats will help you train your dog a new trick (summer bucket list item?) or just give you a healthy treat for your dog. These are grain free, gluten-free and soy-free.
Treats for Human: Each month Pet Treater includes a present for the guardian of the animal. This month the items were gud from Burts Bees, which are pre-moistened wipes. I have gotten these in a couple other boxes and I really like them!
This box NEVER disappoints and when Meadow sees me arrive she knows that she is about to be spoiled with toys and treats.
If you want a unique way to spend time with your furry best friend, then you will never go wrong with a Pet Treater Box!
