Peaches & Petals Subscription Box – December 2016 Review

Peaches & Petals Subscription Box – December 2016 Review

To say the holidays are a busy time is an understatement of epic proportions, from Thanksgiving to New Years, the days are packed.

My favorite thing about this time of year is seeing family and friends that we normally do not get to see. We get to meet babies born, important significant others and breaking bread with loved ones.

When I saw the December Peaches and Petals boxes theme I was reminded of the approaching days since it was a “Jingle and Mingle” theme that the box would revolve around. Each items are appropriate, and useful while constantly remaining in theme.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Jammin Butter/Peaches & Petals. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own. Prices listed are subject to change without notice.

Peaches and Petals is a monthly box that caters to ‘fun, flirty, fashionable vintage and modern lifestyles’. As a subscriber each month you will receive 3-5 items that have been hand selected personally by the Peaches and Petals team. The included items range from books, household items, gift items and are usually within a monthly box theme. There can be other items included, depending on the box and theme for the month.

Each month Peaches and Petals strives to make sure the items are useful, stylish and high quality while maintaining the thematic feeling. If you are interested see previous box reviews here.

The December 2016 box included the following within the “Jingle and Mingle” theme including:

Wax Free Tart Warmer with Wax Free Tarts: If there is one thing that I love in this world, it is a good way to spread a pleasant aroma in my house. I am hesitant to use candle flames since I have two cats that like to investigate flickering items in our house. I am also a huge fan of a clean linen smell so I was happy that two scents were included in the box.

Wine Bottle Ugly Christmas Sweater: When I visit someones house, I always bring a gift. I loved this ugly Christmas sweater and hat combo to put onto a win bottle.

Color a Day Calendar – Keep Calm and Color On 2017: When I was young I loved the daily tear away page a day calendars. This one has the added bonus of having a different image each day, which gives a fun daily activity.

Manna Kadar Liplocked Priming Gloss Stain: This is a great pink color that matches almost any holiday outfit that is chosen. This is going to be a great color going into January – a little color on otherwise gloomy days.

Surprise Item – Pearlized Bobby Pins: Each month there is an included surprise item – this month was embellished bobby pins, adding flair to an otherwise simple hairstyle. I loved these and loved wearing them over the holidays!

This box never disappoints and if you are looking for an awesome box, I urge you to give Peaches & Petals a try!
