Peaches & Petals Subscription Box: August 2017 Review

Peaches & Petals Subscription Box: August 2017 Review

With the hustle and bustle of the summer ending and school starting, it is easy to forget to take a moment for ourselves. When I received the August Peaches and Petals box was “Do you, Boo Boo'” which was a great way to remind people to take a moment for themselves.

The products featured in this post were provided to me free of charge courtesy of Jammin Butter/Peaches & Petals. This post may have affiliate links but this in no way will influence the review to follow and all opinions are my own. Prices listed are subject to change without notice.

Peaches and Petals is a monthly box described as a box that caters to ‘fun, flirty, fashionable vintage and modern lifestyles’. I have found that it really applies to a broader spectrum, and almost any woman would enjoy this box.

When you subscribe each month you will receive 3-5 items that have been hand selected personally by the Peaches and Petals team. The included items can range from books, household items, beauty items, gift items and are usually loosely based within a monthly box theme. There can be other items included, depending on the box and theme for the month.

The August 2017 box included the following items –

Rosie the Riviter Pint Glass Set: I love Rosie and one of my favorite possessions is a tin sign I have of this image. It sits in my craft room and is meant to inspire me when I feel less than inspired. I am THRILLED I have a set of glasses now!

Salad Bowl with Fork: Each morning I make my husband his lunch and at least 2 times a week I go with a simple salad. I usually just use a square plastic holder, but I plan to use this next week for his lunch. I love that it comes with a  plastic fork – I imagine the challenge will be not to lose it.

Head Socks Performance Socks – Wick Dry – 2 Pair: Let me first say that I love socks! There are few things as great as a new pair of socks. For everyday wear I prefer them higher up, but at night when I am sleeping these will be perfect!

Batiste Dry ShampooBlush: This was not my first interaction with Batiste and I loved it this time as much as when I used i for the first time a year ago. This is super simple to use when you want your hair washed but really do not want to go through the whole process. This leaves your hair clean and keeps it simple.

Unibis Cashew Cookies: Cookies are always a win and these are Cashew Cookies. If you are a fan of Cashew Cookies, then these would be a great indulgence for you!

Overall this months boxes contents were useful, and all the items will be used. As always this box is always interesting and you never know what you will get, which I always appreciate.
